Complimentary drinks the Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful room was very clean

No breakfast served at the hotel and in was offered coffee and croissants at a neighbor establishment...no microwave and fridge in room and the bar staff was a bit rude

There’s no place like south beach, it’s in the almost direct middle of the strip on ocean ave.

The doors, the room doors are a little noisy, bang every time someone closes a door can be annoying when your trying to sleep , there’s no sound proofing in your room or hallway to your room therefore noises ex. (voices, doors , wheels from luggage /carts) echos down the hallway into your room.

Great location! You don’t have to leave the building to have a good time. If you get an ocean front room you won’t really hear any music per say. The room had some plumbing issues but they were addressed. The building is historic so you expect some hiccups. Overall good experience

Air conditioning could be cooler

The Hotel was located in a perfect spot, nearby to everything including right across the street from the beach. Friendly staff, beds were comfy, and if you are looking for a spot with entertainment this is the place to be.

The option of being in a room that's quieter, I was in the room in front of the pool and the weekends dj is playing till about 4am.

Excellent location. I’ve been to South Beach several times and always stay on Collins Ave. Right at the beach and walking distance to endless bars and restaurants. Having direct access to the pool party during the day and night was amazing since every hotel pool party gets very busy and there is usually always a line. The pool itself is nothing to write home about but the music, bars and scene is your typical South Beach party scene. My room was directly above the pool and the sound proof windows and walls were impressive. If I wanted to nap during the partying I certainly could have. This is definitely a party hotel and I only recommend it to people who are going to South Beach to do just that. The rooms are very basic but it was clean and had everything my girls and I needed to relax and get ready. There is a lounge area on the 4th floor that overlooks the pool which was nice to see the scene and hear the music but also get away from the crowd for a bit. Overall loved staying here and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a true South Beach experience!

Would have liked a comforter on the bed instead of 2 top sheets but I understand the hotel’s reasoning behind not providing them. There was a ton of partying going on and I can only imagine how dirty comforters would get here. Other than that, no complaints. I had an amazing time w my girlfriends and sister. The Clevelander pool parties are where it’s at!

The location was in the heart of South Beach Miami. You could walk to great restaurants and the beach. The hotel itself had entertainment almost all night. You could hang out at the hotel and hear great music, dance, laugh, eat, socialize, and the pool.

The lighting in the room was terrible.

The location is incredible and if you are looking the party in Miami it's perfect. The room had a great view, was large and clean.

The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the windows certainly weren't sound-proofed. Don't stay here if you want an early night!

Check in was a little rough. There was no one at the front desk for 30 mins. The rest of our stay was great! It would be nice to have the pool open during the night. It's hot out there!

my Room view as Amazing!!!

Wish the windows would open, and the connecting room doors someone was trying to open multipl times...need to have a latch on the room side to feel safer, the hallway door was too loud and heavy

I ate breakfast next door at the bacon bitch was oh so delicious and the vibe was definitely on point there.

Only thing i didn't like was that i had to come home.
