Jurny Suites - Miami Beach

The room was clean and was located in the heart of south beach so You can walk everywhere.

I did not like the fact that they don’t tell you there’s no parking for the property until you are there. I had to pay $100 for parking in a nearby garage. Also the place it’s not visible from the street and has no signage so it takes a little while to find. Also there’s no front desk everything it’s done in the app and you’re on your own.

The Check in is easy, building and rooms look pretty modern and new. Location is EXCEPCIONAL. Right next to a 24hrs market, and next to the best restaurants in SouthBeach. 5min or less from the beach

The room was clean and comfortable

My coffee maker was broken when I checked in. I notified customer service from the beginning of my stay and I was told that they will send someone to take a look at it. I waited for 6 hours, then call back to ask about the coffee maker I was told that I will get it in 3 days time as they will have to order a replacement for my room.that was the day of my check out day.😔😂 My coffee is what gets me going in the morning so I have to go on the street to get my coffee that cost $4:50 for a small cup of coffee and a daily basis. Unacceptable 😔.

The location was absolutely fabulous! The bus stop for the Miami International Airport was just around the corner. Apartment located right in the centre of everything only 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants everywhere around. The bed was comfy, shower was good with hot water and good pressure, the TV with all the streaming options, aircon worked really well as did the WiFi.

We booked a room with a kitchen, however it wasn't a kitchen, just a small fridge and coffee machine. (Nothing to be able to prepare meals)

Thanks for asking , Our stay at The Jurny Suite was good, the location is perfect and the size of the room + balcony was what we expected. If we can add some improvements for the quality of your service, I would say that perhaps for any stay of more than 5 days requires cleaning and change of sheets + towels. Also the foot shower head was broken so we couldn't take full advantage of the shower. And maybe some plastic wine glasses could be a good addition for enjoying the balcony in the evening. The property was VERY clean and comfortable. The location is just perfect. only 3 min away from the beach, 24h supermaket right accross, tons of restaurants and the room had everything I needed. Theres a mini fridge, lots of amenities and enough towels for the entire duration of my stay, including beach towels. A MUST ! and will definitely book there again.

The people on my floor werent respectful of quiet time and were very loud at 3am every night. theres no safe in the room but I wasnt scared for my personal stuff as they dont clean during your stay.

Room was big, clean, and nicely decorated. Loved the soap provided and was just what I needed.

The neighborhood is a little loud and rough. I am a New Yorker tho so didn’t really bother me, although I could see how it might be an issue for non-city folk.

Spacious room and nice building

Somewhat noisy at all times and the air conditioning has issues, so a portable (and weak) air conditioner was in the room and we had to have part of the window open to let the warm air from the tube outside, what let in all the Collings noise and music. There is a gym underneath with loud music in the morning too.

- The location is is great, just a block away from Ocean Drive. -I also liked the room and the balcony, modern design with new furniture. Especially, the bathroom was nice. - The room had all essentials such as iron and iron board, hair dryer and even wine opener. - Fairly clean except the chairs were stained. - I needed the call the virtual front desk and the lady was very nice and helpful.

- I haven’t heard any noise from the other guests but since it is located in a busy street with a lot of cars and people, it my bother light sleepers. - There is no housekeeping during the stay.

Location is awesome, the room is very spacious for a single person and everything was clean. Bathroom with amenities, you can see they’re really thinking on the guest experience. Huge TV, AC working just fine and a small fridge. The view was cool, you really get to feel the miami beach vibe through the window. Also, they have a coffee machine in the bedroom so yes, I could live there forever.

The blanket had a small stain on it, but it’s a minor.
