It was a great location for the price! the beach is one block away n its just one block from ocean drive.

Anything u do or say can be heard from the other room next door had a guy come knock at my door because it was 1 am and i was having a normal conversation with my girlfriend. I called front desk and told them about how i didn’t appreciate n her response was not everyone comes here to party i can come down and get a refund. that was the only bad service i received when staying in south beach on soring break month yea i dont expect everyone asleep at 10pm even though it was just a casual conversation. felt bad not being able to speak in a room u paid for n being threatened to be kicked out in middle of night.

Location 10/10 Room 10/10 BF 10/10 Facilities 8/10 Checking 9/10 Check-out 10/10 Wifi 10/10 Dates : November 22. Everything is nearby, beach is just across the road. Don't expect early checking as they don't have many rooms and remains busy. Approx 30min drive from airport Approx 20min drive from Port So budget 40USD in normal taxi ( pls negotiate) Incase want to go shopping, go to Dolphin mall ( 40min + , budget 60 to 70.USD on each side). Room have microwave, toaster, iron etc & one can buy basic food stuff from nearby., else lots of BF/Lunch/dinner options near by..under 50 to 100mtrs. They have big TV with lots of viewing options BF offered is simple but meaningful, we loved the simple offerings. I would love to be back here. 10/10 for my requirement/budget.

Beach Bench options don't come with umbrella ( thou didn't use it but thought of sharing this information)

It’s a block from beach, clean rooms, free towels for beach. Two free reclining chairs each day at beach. You’ll need 22.50$ extra for an umbrella. Free breakfast and it’s a good one. Waffles and everything else. I highly recommend cigars shop for cappuccino ! It’s right out front. Even had those left handed cigarettes. If ya know what I mean hehe happening place. I’ll stay again. The niki shoes were actually cheaper then Ohio.

It’s not so much I don’t like the property. It’s parking. 25$ a day in garage or 30$maybe more in street hourly. I had my handicap placard so I parked free. Thing is there’s like 4 handicap spots in the town lol.

The hotel itself is low key and has a relaxed vibe, which was perfect for a short stay beach vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, complimentary beach towels and beach chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a central location by the beach, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather. Baggage storage after check out is available.

Bathroom was ok but the shower hot water takes some time to become hot.

The room was big enough and cleaned daily. Loved that the water and coffee were available 24/7. Breakfast had limited choices but it covered the basis and we loved that you could take it to your room and eat it there. The location was great, one street from the beach. You could get beach towels and chairs lower down the beach but we didn't use them.

Water was cold for a really long time before it finally heated up and the water pressure was bad so it was hard to wash the sand away.

great location! The decor could be updated but for the price well worth it. Also great they give access to beach chairs!

The shower! At times it took 10 minutes to get warm, but overall a nice large shower once it warmed up.

Rooms were cleaned every day, you get two sunbeds at the beach and can take beach towels and the reception (very convenient). The location is great if you like to be around parties. Although night clubs are next to the hotel, our room was really quiet - we did not hear anything! Good value for money.

The breakfast is okish, it would be nice to have eggs, ham, vegetables… The beach is really close, however the hotel is in the most active part - a lot of night clubs with music going during the entire day- if possible better to book something from 1st to 7 st.

Location was great for where we had to work. Restaurant attached was very good and lots of fun. Front desk (all shifts) were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great except for getting hot water to the shower in the AM.. I liked that I could get coffee anytime and could refill my water bottle as needed.

The amount of time it took to get hot water to the shower and sink each morning. I hated having to have the water run so long. The first day I was resigned to take a cold shower and just as I finished the hot water came through so the consecutive days I ran it for several minutes until hot

Great staff and spaceaus room, excellent location - easy access to beach, restaurants. For the relatively low price in comparison with the rest in the area you get quite a good deal.

Sound isolation is not good, because there is a space at the bottom part of the doors, but there was not much noise thus it is manageable. However if it is fixed, the hotel could be eated even better. The breakfast was much better than mentioned in some reviews and if there is anything that is not perfect in this place the friendly staff makes you forget that this is not 5 star hotel:)

If you are a family and have kids with you, this hotel is perfect as they have the facilities in the room like fridge and microwave. The room is big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a little small for me but not a problem. The restaurant just outside the hotel has some excellent reviews too. Try it! They make handmade pasta! The staff were very nice. I ask we can have a late check out and they were able to accommodate it.

The valet parking is $30 compared to what was posted on their website but its better compared to other hotels. The hotel is also quite pricey but I guess cheap compared to other hotels that offer the same needs and comfort
