It was clean and quiet. And it had an airport shuttle.

The airport shuttle did not run after 10:30 pm and no one mentioned that little tidbit.

The breakfast was very good with many varieties and everything was in good supply during the breakfast hours. It is unusual to find a hotel that serves a full American breakfast these days! Wonderful and helpful staff! They were very accommodating to the clients' requests such as fetching the stored Amazon packages and allowing holding bags at the reception, etc.... Praise,Ppraise and more Praise! The day I first stayed happened to be on the very busy International Miami Boat show and every hotel was full - which reflected that I had to pay double the rate in order to stay on that weekend. When I returned on the following weekend after the cruise - I did enjoy the more reasonable normal rate and had a very comfortable stay.

I would avoid staying on the first floor near the elevator because sleeping can be disturbed by loud passing by conversations during the night.

Nice clean, new hotel. Beds are comfortable, and the full kitchen was nice to have as an option. We had to rotate the soda bed 90degrees at night because when we opened it the mattress went right up to the tv stand, and blocked access to the washroom for the 2 queen beds. Once rotated there was enough room to walk by.

Location. This is an industrial area. Nothing to walk to for food or groceries. They said they offered bikes to ride but we didn't look into it because I wouldn't feel comfortable riding around there.

We stayed twice. Once on the way to Islamorada and once back. On May 25th everything was great. Desk staff was very nice and our room was great, with no issues with the room. A pleasant stay.

On the May 26 stay the hotel staff was mostly absent from the front desk, we had to remind them we needed a car pass to park checking in. When we checked out I waited at the desk when leaving to tell someone about the broken coffee pot the leaked all of the coffee all over the counter, and the light not working over the kitchen area. Someone finally showed up at the desk and I told her about the things which needed to be fixed and room number, but she didn't write it down and walked to the back again so I'm sure the next person will deal with the same issue. Also, they charged for parking for two cars which I had to call them back about. They did refund the money.

The breakfast was perfect they had enough food and kept bringing out more. The location was just about 10 from all the stores. Overall all I enjoyed this stay will recommend

Parking could have been better. The fact that we also have to pay for parking or park outside the hotel gates was a little upsetting. We should be able to park for no fee since we booked a room with the hotel. I guess is just how Miami makes their money

Staff was friendly, room was ready and clean when I arrived. Questions were answered nicely and respectful when asked.

Paying $20 per day for parking is kind of ridiculous. If i am paying for a room I should have a place to park my car without being charged extra. You are charging people twice to stay with you. Also, staff knew we were just married and no recognition, but that would be extra of course.

Most everything was great. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel was a short Uber ride to the Cruise Port. The shuttle driver was very accommodating and friendly. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and efficient.

We had four relatively small draft beers at the lobby bar and the bill was $40. That was outrageous. We should have been told how much the beer cost.

Room was large and clean with comfortable beds and good amenities with plenty or room for our family of 4 adults. We also appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport.

Front desk customer service was not very welcoming. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10am but when we arrived at 9:30am they were packing it up. Breakfast was not that great.

The room is a little bit small for a family of 5 persons. The room has not been cleaned in the first day and when we asked why, they told us that due to the Covid, we have to ask for it in advanced, which is OK, but no one told us about it during the check in. We also have not been notified in advanced about the cost of the parking. The breakfast is very simple and with low variety of products.

The only thing I feel is bad is the breakfast. I have definitely had better varieties of breakfast options at other hotels I have stayed in. Other than the breakfast the overall experience was far beyond outstanding….. if y’all can get the breakfast right I would say the hotel is a 20/20.
