The owner was so gracious and so helpful. The place was immaculate! Walking distance to EVERYTHING you could possibly want including drug store, restaurants, beach (2 blocks), grocery store with fresh fruit, liquor, beer, wine, Cuban food on the corner, laundry mat. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! She even has beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sunscreen, bottled water, bug spray for our use.

Not one thing

After a hard work looking for a good place to stay in Miami I found this option. The location is excellent, just a couple of steps from the beach. You have everything: restaurants, stores, pharmacy, supermarket, public transportation. Also we had complimentary fruits and coffee. But the best part? Arzu! She was the best from the momento I hit the book button. She is very welcoming and will help you in all ypu need. Don't loose the chance to stay in this magnificent place with a magnificent hostess. Definitely we'll be back!

The location was perfect, a five minute walk to Ocean Drive, 15 min drive from Miami International Airport and just a 20 minute Uber to go Downtown. The host was extremely welcoming and took great care of us- she would check-in with our stay every morning, she stocked the kitchen well, and even offered us a free late checkout (not very common). 100% would recommend for a group of young friends a

arzu was very kind and attentive right from the start, the days before arriving she had sent me instructions by email for how to enter the facility, when we arrived she explained a few places to eat and see in miami, and above all one thing that made me very happy was that she printed us the luggage tags of the cruise since we forgot them, she was really very kind, I highly recommend everyone to come a greeting. the location of the property is really convenient and close to everything in south beach Luca from Florence

Arzu our host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Communications were excellent and she gave us a warm welcome on arrival. Her accommodation is perfectly situated, safe and with every convenience in a nice locality. The room was very comfortable and breakfast items were thoughtfully provided. We appreciated the personal touches, which makes for a much more enjoyable visit than using a big brand hotel. We have no hesitation in recommending Miami Beach Rooms B&B. My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miami Beach Rooms B&B. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was situated in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance to the beach as well. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Arzu greeted us and was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She even assisted us with the late checkout due to a delayed flight that was incredibly accommodating and understanding! That is so greatly appreciated! Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The perfect location, clean rooms, nice living room space, quiet and cute, and outstanding customer service truly made for an unforgettable experience. We booked this property for its perfect location and value for money right in the centre of the Miami Beach area. 5 minute stroll to the beach and art deco seafront on Ocean Drive. Azure is the perfect host. There to meet and greet us, and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay there and the locality. Our room was small but very comfy bed and en-suite shower room and very clean. There is a lovely communal area with lounge, kitchen and dining table. it’s fantastic value for money in an expensive iconic location. Would defiantly book again when in the area.

Really good relaxing areas, extremely clean, very nice and cosy. Arzu was lovely, very friendly, helpful, always available and always replied to messages super fast. Even not having breakfast included, there was bread, jams, butter, water, tea, coffee, bananas and cereal bars available everyday. I will definitely stay here again and I really recommend it. 😊

The less good thing was because we stayed in the room next to one of the comum areas we could hear when people were about. Also the room needs a better curtain to stop clarity coming in.

The owner Arzu was great 🥰 she made sure we were okay. She always checked up on us through text any problems she came with no hesitation and she was very friendly and gave us plenty knowledge a shortcuts about the area. Literally a short walk from the beach and many stores around. Kitchen is fully equipped from pans to silverware literally a whole suite to ourselves. Trust me anyone that wants to go to Miami for the beach and want somewhere affordable and get your money’s worth and more come here! The best stay I have ever had outside of my home and I’m not even from Miami.

Location was great, very close walk to restaurants and the beach but not a noisy area at night. Parking garage ($20/day) was also walking distance but there were available street parking which were first come first serve so it was a hit or miss. Perfect size for a family. There were 9 of us and the rooms were great sizes to accommodate all comfortably. Very clean apartment and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was well equiped with the host always replenishing the fruits, water, snacks and condiments. The host Arzu is THE BEST you will meet. She is so responsive to my messages and inquiries, very accommodating and she checked on us daily to make sure everything is going well. We asked for an umbrella for the beach to borrow and she brought it right away. Overall, this was the best B&B experience I’ve had so far. THANK YOU ARZU FOR EVERYTHING!
