The Miami Beach EDITION

Loved the room. Loved location and bike path. Room service was very quick most times. Friendly staff. Market was nice. Ali at concierge was very responsive and helpful. Ty bellman also great.

Beach service wasn't great..by afternoon, trash not picked up and tables scattered everywhere. We asked for water bottles and never received. Drink service was ok. Attendant announcing beach closing was rude..not willing to answer questions regarding signing for bill so we just left. First day at beach we were put next to a couple blasting music and swearing loudly on phone calls.

Miami is Great and this hotel is wonderful. All was as I expected or better. The staff cannot be better and all the services are at the best you can expect. Restaurants in Miami are wonderful, specially those offering Caribbean meals: Cuban, Mexican, Colombian...

Miami It is terrible expensive ! so be prepared to return like a miserable man back home when the trip ends. But what to do ? This is Miami, right ? enjoy it !

Excellent hotel with gorgeous grounds, pools, beach area and communal areas. Very relaxed with the perfect level of attention from the pool/beach staff. Market kitchen great for breakfast and snacks. We barely left the hotel!

The bedrooms are nice but very simple and expensive for what they are, our cleaner also didn’t replenish the toiletries in the turn down…. But the outside area is really what you’re paying for. Matador restaurant was underwhelming for dinner with very slow service. Arroz chicken not as good as expected, skin didn’t taste fresh, as if it had been cooked in bad oil a few days prior.

Love the overall decor and space. Room was great and really comfortable, some details need attention. Great to have the bicycles we used them twice to go all the way down South Beach. Great gym with a ton of equipment.

Restaurant prices are expensive, most staff really unqualified in restaurants. We did have one outstanding server in the restaurant. I can’t recall her name but short blond bleached hair with glasses (she was knowledgeable, always remembered our preferences and gave us some treats). Keep children in kids pool. kids pool always empty and all kids in main pool. Impossible to book spa time unless 3 days in advance.

Amazing hotel! I have stayed at The EDITION multiple times in their New York locations however, The Miami Beach EDITION was just another level. You have everything you need right there - two swimming pools, amazing bars, restaurants, & you are right on the beach. The service was incredible and all the staff really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend taking the bikes and seeing all of Miami Beach, take an hour to bowl in The Basement, & I really recommend dining at The Matador. The food was incredible and our server Michael really went above and beyond for us. We had the best stay, wish we could have stayed even longer!

Room, location, beach, the cleaning, the staff in the lobby, the staff of the bar of the swimming pool.

The swimming pools were crowded and it was not place to seat does not matter the time of the day. It looks like people keep the towels in the seats looking to "own" the seat as long as they stay in the property. I think the staff could ask "to take the towel with you when you leave the seat or when you are leaving the swimming pool". It is very bad experience to see seats that are nor used but where you cannot seat.

All is nice. The level of AC is unacceptable! Its freezing in all common areas. Its not normal! And its such a waste of energy. Please regulate the AC on your premises. Its inhumane how cold it is in hallways. More space for eating breakfast outside as you need a sweater and socks to eat in the main dining room.

AC ! Staff can be more educated on simple hotel info ( for instance when is the check-out .. )

The property is exceptionally beautiful and the staff is very very courteous and very helpful. I would specifically like to mention Mr Remi Antoine, who helped us with our breakfast arrangements and more specifically during check out, he helped us get a Uber to the airport since we were finding it difficult to get it on time. he even paid for it. That's generosity and unbelievable service. I would also like to mention Mr Reo Davis, the concierge who came to our room when we sought help with our online food booking. when it was not getting done, he called for Indian food for us and paid for it too. I dint know people like Remi and Reo existed, till this happened. we are so grateful to both of them. Our trip was superb because of them. it was top claw service for us.

Five star feel in lobby. Very sleek room. Bed was nice. Employees were polite and professional from the front desk to the beach.

Lack of rooms with view/balcony. Did not like bathroom - shower and toilet were sectioned off like closets. Sink was shallow and you can't fully fit your hands underneath. Felt a bit overpriced

Location is perfect if you are seeking a beachfront property. The interior design is beautiful, minimalistic and serene with lots of white and light wood finishings combined with loads of greenery. There is a calming scent wherever you walk. The pool area is fantastic and the every food venue we ate was phenomenal.

There was no coffee machine in the room, and the cleaning service didn't replenish the toiletries (but when we called and asked for it, they were more than generous)
