South Beach Hotel

They were able to get us our room earlier. While we waited we were able to use the pool and facilities. They also stored our luggage for us. Very nice welcome when we came in. We had a late flight out and we could use the facilities until we left for the airport. They stored our luggage. They are making renovating the hotel but it didn't interfere with our stay. They only thing was the hot tub bubbles were not working. It was 85 degrees so we didn't use the hot tub.

I had no complaints. I would recommend this hotel. If we come to Miami again we will stay here.

Well the property do not look like the pictures on the site. The Boulan South Beach is connected to them which is a better looking hotel and those pictures are for the Boulan not South Beach Hotel.We had to use their pool because South Beach Hotel didn’t have anything. Also South Beach rooms are not up to date need a little sprucing with new furniture in rooms. But overall it was Ok.

the location is fantastic, near the ocean, next to a park, Walgreen and different shops. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. There was no breakfast or housekeeping due to Covid

The air conditioning was too loud, wouldn´t let us sleep.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very clean, well situated, quick and easy access to the beach, gorgeous rooftop with a bar, awesome restaurant with great food and the friendliest staff. I definitely recommend 🫶🏼

The location was great nice room the Gentleman at front desk was very nice he help us to room the pool was amazing clean the price for hotel was good also

the smell in halls way no ice machine I’m reach you have ask the front desk and they bring it out to thought that was odd free breakfast on. certain items

We liked that it was walking distance to the beach. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast pancakes are out of this world great. Nicely colored theme for the area!

The staff was very accommodating and was able do find solutions for the problems mentioned above.The Hotel was also very comfortable and close to the beach!

There was a couple hiccups during my stay that made it very inconvenient.The first was that my key card for the room was not working and I had to check with the front desk 3 times until I was able to finally get into my room (the card reader needed to be charged). Second, the air conditioning stopped working in my room and it was incredibly uncomfortable and I was unable to sleep(this was at about 1 am).

We were upgraded to a small suite upon arrival at no extra cost! Beautiful Art Deco property. Convenient location to best part of Miami Beach (beach chairs and towels included) bike rentals, restaurants and more. It was also a quiet and relaxing area too! Great customer service from friendly staff. If you’re looking for a nice getaway to escape the troubles of 2020 like us, you won’t be disappointed!

Good location, great breakfast

We asked for body wash thrice but never delivered , no one came to refresh the room. I work for hotel I know how it goes.

The location was close to pretty much everything, the rooms were clean, staff was very friendly & helpful, the roof top pool was cool. The beach was a block away the hotel offers u chairs & free breakfast was included in my stay.

The hotel hallways look a little bit spooky some renovations could be done & the jacuzzi was closed
