Great location, 2 blocks from the beach. Great value for the money. I used the internet a lot for work and it went really well. There's coffee and tea available at all times and the receptionists were always super nice.

There's an additional 25 dollars daily fee if you want cleaning. Parking nearby is expensive ($20 per day) so if you're going to stay in South Beach you can use the free trolley. There were a dozen homeless people in the park in front of the hotel but they do not seem dangerous at all.

great location with a good sized room for two suitcases.

the walls are very thin. can hear what the person next door is saying. doesn’t help when they don’t obey the noise curfew. should be something mentioned when people check in.

Clean room, big bed, Wi-Fi. Near to the beach and restaurants.

The room was never cleaned even after we left the room for the entire day. During our stay for 5 days, non of our days the stuff cleaned our room. The checkout is confusing. Sending the checkout instruction during the flight where you don't have a cell connection is not a good idea.

The room was really nice, the staff was always welcoming and willing to help. The common areas are spacious and equipped with board games and coffee, tea. The location is amazing.

The walls were very thin and not soundproof so we got waken up in the night, but this was only a one time incident in a 4 night length of stay. The room was really clean at the beginning but it hadn't been cleaned during our stay despite it was written the opposite.

The facility was very clean and the staff were the friendliest. Getting in and out of the place was very convenient with the codes. Overall a good stay, we had a King Room and it was 3 of us. Enough space for us three.

Only thing I can say is there was a bit of a walk to get anywhere or to the hot spots of the city, we took the 20 minute walk from the hotel to ocean drive. Also, the walls are thin so in the morning you can hear all the cleaning and talking going on.

The location is perfect and the rooms are modern and nice with a good bathroom.

Not so soundproof. There is also no cleaning; no need for cleaning every day, but they should at least offer a cleaning once for a stay for more than a day.

I have very much liked the location of the hotel, the building itself, and the room and its furniture. Fortunately no carpets on the floor but wood or similar.

The room, while comfortable and practical, should be some bigger for the 4 persons we where. Maybe 5 m2 more will already do. It is a pitty that no one takes enough care of the hotel. Only 1 person in the building that should be in the lobbey. The water in the bathroom was sometimes hot when it should be cold and viceversa, the lock in the bathroom was broken, no cleaning in 5 days.

Rooms are great with a lot of space, beds are very comfortable; there is water available in the lobby (which is essential for Miami in this period of year)

Walls are thin (but that's not of so much importance when you stay for a week or several days), corridors inside the hotel could be little bit more cleaned. Another minus - I have sent message 14 days before arrival - tried to find out why they charged me the full amount for the stay when it was clearly written that you will pay upon arrival - no one ever responded.

The interior of the room, furnitures, vinyl flooring, lighting. Also good location.

There was no TV channels / open or regular TV channels even though you could chromecast. There was no phone available in the rooms or even in the front desk (it would have been nice especially for those that are not from the USA). The rooms didn't had a good acoustics and we could hear people and understand what people in the other rooms were saying. Faucets could be better cleaned where the water comes out it was dirty and rusty.
