Boho style is stunning here, a lot of plants. Rooftop has a 24/7 pool. Staff is super friendly. Hotel also have 5 bikes free of charge.

I spent a long time researching places in Miami before deciding on Kayak, and I’m glad I did. This place is exceptional! The rooms and common areas are stunning. The entire place smells like a luxury spa. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the systems (check in and guest app) are slick. I work in the industry and have never been so impressed with an end to end experience. I cannot recommend highly enough and I look forward to going back and would certainly check for Kayak in other cities.

What a gorgeous place to stay over in Miami for a night of even several nights. A quiet place away from the party zone. Love the nature around the patio of the Layla restaurant. Love the music (speakers as well as live). The room (deluxe king) was very cozy and comfortable and so was the lounge close to the reception. Special thanks go to Dee, Franco and Daniel, who made my stay even more enjoyable with their impeccable service! The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, too! They even gave me a late checkout, when I asked for it. Amazing stay, thank you all!

It was close to the convention center for the conference I went to. Even if the pool is very small, it was nice to jump in and refresh after my long trip to Miami.

The terrace was not kept clean. I left a glas and a spoon there and next day it was still there with some animals on it (of course). No (cupboard with) shelves to put cloths/etc. on. No proper food offering (just yoghurts etc).

the hotel itself is everything we could have asked for any more. Beautifully designed, great restaurant, great location. i especially loved the lobby/bar, restaurant both indoor and outdoor and the rooftop pool area. exactly the style we wanted.

We were assigned a handicapped room and I think that contributed to the disappointing elements of the room. The completely open shower room leaked into the hallway, there were not enough outlets, the lighting in both the bathroom and hall were very shadowy, not great for doing makeup, there was only 1 robe for a king sized room, there was not enough counterspace or hooks in the bathroom. the pour over coffee was terrible, the staff was unaware of the events mentioned on the posters throughout the lobby, there was no maid/turndown service.

Hotel is very nice decorated , i would like to stay again. However i would prefer a better breakfast options , especially better breakfast be included to room prices.

I specifily informed the lady on front desk during my check out that i need invoice for the company name. I wrote the company information for the invoice but still received the invoice under my name..

Chic hotel close enough to the action in Miami Beach without being on top of it. The staff does a nice job giving guests space to experience the accommodation through multiple self-service options (i.e. no phones in the room, instead guests are encouraged to call or text the service staff from their mobile device, self-service check-in, etc.) That in mind, the staff we did encounter during our stay were very friendly, genuine, and helpful. The restaurant sits on a canal which makes for a nice outdoor dining experience. The Deluxe King room is fair sized, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The smell throughout the accommodation was absolutely incredible - no matter where you were there was a relaxing vibe, almost Zen like. The free bike rentals are a nice touch as well.

Layla (the restaurant on-site) is an attempt at a concept restaurant which missed the mark. First, the restaurant & bar keeps staggered hours which is not uncommon for restaurants in Miami Beach, but is not the most convenient for hotel guests. My wife and I dined there for breakfast. First, while drip coffee was on the menu, they did not have on-hand and instead the server gave us espresso without explanation. To be fair, when we explained the confusion the espresso was taken of the final bill.
