The Setai, Miami Beach

The Setai is a wonderful oasis in the otherwise chaotic Miami Beach, in particular South Beach. The rooms are amazing, the staff is super friendly and professional. I had miss booked the room a day too late, and the front desk handled themselves so well, helped me rebook on the spot and I have too many great stories from the doorman to the lady who got me an oatmeal latte because I did not have time to get breakfast. I took advantage of the Spa and the massage was as great as everything else. The restaurants are top notch, and the service and food should be highlighted in a magazine.

Nothing - it was just perfect. I only wish I could have stayed longer :-)

Hotel was fantastic. Pool area was perfect and relaxing with very attentive staff that fulfilled our every request.

The guy running the sunglass shop on the lobby level of the hotel is over the top. Long story short, he tried to make me smoke from his personal weed pen when I declined to buy a pair of sunglasses bec he told me I needed to “relax”. My husband and I avoided walking by the shop (which is right before the elevators to the rooms) as much as possible!

Rooms need black-out shades. Too much light comes through the shutters in theb morning.

Everything was phenomenal. Staff was attentive, kind and friendly from beginning to the end. When my flight was delayed they were very accommodating in holding my bags for an extra few hrs

I love this place the restaurants are amazing I truly prefer Jaya over the bar out back but all in all the hotel and rooms are beautiful with a kid of Asian inspired design. The staff here is amazing and very accommodating. Dinner at Jaya is much needed if you stay ! The pool area is well taken care of and very nice!

The facilities were luxurious, the staff was beyond accommodating and it exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I was hoping to find. I will be making future reservations.

i would have preferred to have my guests check in without me prior to my arrival and I would prefer a later check out time.

Gorgeous hotel with a really nice atmosphere. The staff really goes above and beyond they gave us two complimentary champagne for my girlfriends bday. The free valet was so convenient and there were no restrictions to coming in and out. And they did a super late check out for me. There are 3 pools with different temperatures and of them is adults only. Cabanas are free and there are plenty of them. We woke up at noon and was still able to get a cabana in a great location. Nice beach access. Oh and the pools don’t close so you can come anytime of night! Our room had two separate sinks a shower and a hot tub (the older building) and rhe room had lots of space.

The pools are amazing. Each pool has a temperature difference of 10 degrees -- from 75 to 95. Pure heaven. The restaurant offered impeccable service with delicious, healthy options. And our room was incredible too! Sheets were super soft and plenty of pillows for those of us who need a dozen or so!

Well, all of these amenities aren't cheap. :-)

Everything. This place is pure class. They are on top of every single aspect of the experience at The Setai and I know I will spend many, many more times here at this truly wonderful hotel.
