Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre

The breakfast was still grab and go but the Jimmy Dean sandwhiches and fresh fruit were a hit for us. The staff was super friendly. I loved that there was laundry facilities.

The rooms severally need to be updated. The carpet needs to go. With the sand and water it just makes more sense to NOT have carpet. It grossed me out and I could not allow my children to walk on it. They obviously didn't move the tables to clean the floors as there was mold on the floor and walls.

our refrigerator did not work when my husband called about it I was getting dressed for our meet and greet so we just never had time to call back. we just did without one. we had decided not to travel with our cooler because it was a refrigerator in the room. so we kept drinks on ice in the sink. our friends room had the same issue and y’all replaced theirs with a new one so I’m confident y’all wouldve fixed or replaced ours had we had the time. Dog barked a little (not after hours though)! other than that the property was good!

Breakfast was good, I would not rated as excellent. Limited in what they offered. The second morning (Sunday) we went down at 7:00 am and they were out of bananas and did not offer any bacon or sausage. The waffle mix flavor varied each day which was fine, but was on the watery side compared to other places we stayed.

I was disappointing to find that housekeeping services were not offered every day, nor clean towels exchanged. If you wanted fresh towels you needed to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk. Also window shades in room did not offer blackout. Our room was facing the main road and road noises could be heard throughout the night. I would suggest asking for the backside of the building before staying here.

Large suite with tons of room to spread out and be comfortable. The bed was omfortable, and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was a definite positive, with the 2 breakfast attendants being very friendly and helpful.

The only down side to this stay was that the pool was not open for some reason. I would have liked to use the outdoor shower to wash the sand off before I went into the hotel, but I was unable to get into the pool area.

The staff was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I can't remember her name but there was a problem with the booking. She had to figure out why she could not locate our confirmation number. I must say she made our wait very comfortable (offered me my water while we waited and advised coffee was available). After the check-in snafu was cleared (Rowena?) assured me if I needed anything just reach out. Hampton Executive team please help your Hilton/ HGI train their front desk staff in New Orleans to be like Hampton Navarre and Hampton Columbia. They need help. I want be staying in neither of those type of hotels anymore.

I needed a handicap room. This room only had a grab bar.

The room was very clean and nice and climate controlled. Super comfy bed. The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a lot of selections.

It was a little far from the activities we were looking to enjoy but it was readily available when we decided to extend our vacation spontaneously so I really can't complain. The cost was a little on the pricey but again, can't complain since it was available.

The hot breakfast was awesome, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, parking lot was safe. As a mom with 2 children I value places that make me feel safe and I 100% felt safe the entire stay. I would stay here again.

I wish there was a daily questionnaire you could complete with your needs such as- towels, trash disposal, toilet paper, that housekeeping could view daily on your door. The idea of contacting the front desk each day for these services was aggravating.

I loved how the staff was so friendly and helpful! I loved the comfort of the room! And they met our every need when we had one! I really appreciated the lady named Adria at the front desk! She was so good to us 😊 I also loved how it was conveniently located in between everything..and 10 or so minutes from the beach. Oh...and they made me feel so great about my little baby girl ❤️

Ummmm not really anything we didn't like. We enjoyed it all.

Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Pool was clean. Room was clean.

Pool was really hot. Rooms could be bigger. Rates for next year are almost double. Will likely go somewhere else next year due to this, after going here for two years straight.

Overall was a nice stay easy access from the main road and not to far from the beach. We had a nice view from our room on the 4th floor of the Gulf. Beds were pretty comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was not very tasty. The Turkey sausage was pretty gross along with the scrambled eggs being very watery. This hotel is a bit outdated especially for the price of almost $200 per night. That was disappointing for feeling like we didn't get our money's worth.
