Best Western Navarre Waterfront

The pool was very nice and clean. The view is beautiful.

My son left his shirt and necklace next to the TV. When we realized I called back and was told to call in the morning at 7:30 or maybe around 8, no call back at 9am and Yvette can check for you. My son heart is broken. The necklace has no money value but his dad gave it to him and it means a lot to him. I will call back in the morning and pray they have the shirt and necklace and will make the drive to pick it up. That his how much it means to my son. I wish the gentleman could have checked for us or just been a little more helpful and understanding

We loved the location! Right on the bay so it was a gorgeous view! 5 mins from the beach! The hotel was really nice! It had a pool and a fire pit that was going once it was dark. The breakfast was better than the usual Continental breakfast. There was eggs, sausage, French toast, potatoes, plus all of the usual stuff like fruit and yogurt and bagels and juices and milk! The staff was really friendly and accommodating too! There’s a cute restaurant on the beach right next door and you can rent jet skis and pontoons and go “glow” night kayaking! We loved it and booked our next stay while we were there!

I love the hotel! I've stayed with you, three or four times now. I love the view, the rooms are very comfortable, the beds are great. The staff is always lovely. My housekeeper, in particular this time, what's just wonderful.

I sent an email request, when I booked my room. I asked for room 105, or any on the bottom floor in that block, I received an email back from you guys stating that my request was accommodated. When I got there I was put into room 206 and was just told that the bottom floor wasn't available. It certainly wouldn't have stopped me from staying with you, but I wish that I had known. I was really looking forward to being on the bottom floor.

I almost don't want to tell you how great this place was for our family! So the secret doesn't get out.....It's definitely going to be on our vacation list of places to stay. Our beds were new! The breakfast was good, and the pool hours were perfect! Our housekeeper totally got that my daughter was a towel hog and set us up! The location was perfect! Right next to a stop light to get on to the busy road. We were perfectly fine looking over the bay to the more fancy hotels next to the ocean. Just a short trip across the bridge, and we were at the beach! Food options are everywhere and a grocery store right across the street! Trust me, it has everything. The restaurant next door was an awesome perk. Thanks to the front office staff for listening to me wine about getting sunburned. Lol, great people, they do business like they care! See you again next spring break. Shhh, don't tell anyone how good this place is! We want 1st dibs!!!

It's not a don't like thing, but more of a suggestion......it would be great if you offered sunburn care stuff to purchase in the front. Ha ha and herbal tea, with no caffeine. Like peppermint or camomile tea.

Location, location, location!!! Excellent views all day long of the water and bridge. The sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast! The pool was warm and nice. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores right near the hotel!!! We were right across the bridge from Navarre Beach and not far from The national seashore!

Not a thing!! we loved everything. One of our favorite places to stay.

We had stayed here before and found it to be quiet and worked perfect for our needs.

I left my pillow there and they never found it??? Didn’t make sense that they couldn’t find it??? Also, they allow smoking right next to the building where everyone has to pass to go in and out of their rooms (by stairwell) We feel smoking should be away from the building and away from the other customers!

This was are second time staying here and I would stay here again. The location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. We loved the location of our room (pool view 3rd floor ) we actually brought chairs and sat out on the balcony. The breakfast was ok.

I would like to see a waffle or pancake machine put in. And the pool could have been cleaned I did not see anyone clean it while we were there

Staff were super. Great location right on water. Great to relax sit by water and enjoy sites. Across from food Market, several fast food restaurants close to everything. Just Cross bridge to a beautiful white sandy beach again close to our hotel within a mile at most.The pool was wonderful nice and warm and great breakfast each day. Definitely would recommend to others.

The hotel may be older but very well kept Definitely clean neat and offers lots.

Staff was great. Nice heated pool area with fire pit and seating on the waterfront. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Serviced room each day. Great hot breakfast included. Rooms were large.

Door to room was adjacent to main parking lot which could be noisy. Room was damp. A/C didn't seem to keep humidity down in room. By end of stay all our hanging clothes were damp. Large king bed but a little too soft for us.

Location, hotel and pool was very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, walkable to good restaurant

Our A/C unit was very loud especially turning on/off, didn't cool that well either. Our last morning there we were trying to enjoy the pool and sit outside but the landscaper was mowing for the entire time, very loud riding mower, then a trimmer right beside the pool area and then a pushmower...definitely very annoying and not relaxing at all. It was a beautiful morning, I would think they would mow in the evening or during a later part of the day when guests weren't trying to enjoy the pool and sunshine.
