location to beach and other places I visited

The front desk clerk was rude!! Her tone with me along with another customer prior to me was condescending and all around disrespectful!! I’ve stayed at several Days Inn locations and have never been treated so poorly by a worker. She even threatened to not allow us to stay bc I corrected her tone and behavior towards my husband and myself.

Fruit was rotten..but juice was good

We did notice..the floors in room looked clean, however, they were actually dirty. When wiping off water the towel was black. The bathroom had a mildew smell to it.

I like that the fact that the front desk lady was extremely nice there was a bunch of kids crammed in one room young kids and their parents weren't looking after them so they're extremely loud and slamming the door and what have you so I went up to the front desk and she called and said something to them and they just didn't care so she was kind enough to move me to another room so and she looked out for me to make sure I was safe and the rooms are really clean the price was excellent !! Now I understand a little bit more about why people are the way they are these days is because they don't have parents that are attentive and loving and kind they just let him run wild

Well I didn't like the fact that the room next to me like I said in the previous part of this review there was five kids and two adults in one-room and when the front desk clerk called to tell them to you know keep it down they didn't care and it was really nothing she could do about it and so I had to be inconvenienced on being moved because these two so-called parents couldn't control their kids and they ranged from probably like the age of 2 to 12 years old so I just wanted to say thank you to Arkansas cuz that's where they were from I had to pack my stuff up and relocate to a room all the way upstairs

Nice bed linens and fluffy pillows. Free wifi and free parking on site. The location was wonderfully close to beaches and not too far from Destin. Traffic isnt too bad either. The pool was open and very clean as was the laundry room. There's a FANTASTIC restaurant just kitty-corner across the street called Dewey Destin--go there! My husband and I had the Captain's Platter 3 nights in a row lol. It had fried oysters, mahi and shrimp. It comes with a huge serving of french fries but why eat that when there's the best key lime pie just waiting to be eaten? Staff was very helpful especially when we had to leave a day early.

The Beds. Not very comfy--we all tossed and turned a lot every night. Breakfast was bagged because of the CCP virus--a nutrigrain bar, piece of fruit and a water.

Housekeeping was absolutely amazing. Attentive and quick to respond. They respected the do not disturb sign but when I asked for towels, soap, etc, they immediately got it and were so kind and polite.

I come here 2 times a year for 7 nights each time. I call ahead and they can't get me a rate even close to the online price so I can get points on my Wyndham rewards. By now I could've earned a free week, but I have nothing. Retaining good customers should be a priority.

Denise at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly! I love staying here bc it's a prime spot. It can be loud bc I stay on the side that is next to the shopping center and the garbage truck comes past midnight, before daylight hours sometimes.. other that that, the price is great for my quick trips to Navarre. 🤍

the noise of garbage truck and neighbors that smoked in a non-smoking room. I hd an adjoining door so I put a towel down to block the smell which helped a lot.

nice beds, good sized room, excellent shower/hot water, friendly room service people

breakfast very skimpy, would be nice to have pastries or biscuits or even instant oatmeal/cold cereal. prices seem high but probably not for the area/season

I enjoy the location simply because I have access to everything I could possibly need within walking distance (aside from the beach). You can't beat the price for being in such close proximity to the Navarre Beach bridge, grocery stores, fast food options, and even sushi.

The traffic where the entrance was located. Also I had to wipe down the toilet with a sanitizing wipe because there were some dirty smears from the previous occupant near the toilet handle. It appears they had a small child, not a surprise but housekeeping should not have missed that.

The location and price is good for a vacation on a budget! Convenient location to cross the bridge into Navarre. Clean for the most part and quick response from maintenance for our broken door that would not close upon checking in (looked like it had been kicked in at some point)

Did not get a receipt at check out due to “booking through a 3rd party”! Door would not unlock without sliding the card SEVERAL TIMES. Wasn’t sure if we was going to be locked out at any moment! (Pretty sure it was an ongoing problem and that’s why the door was broken and would not shut when we arrived) it was VERY FRUSTRATING!!

We were incredibly itchy to getting some beach time due to the previous Covid restricted year. We were so desperate that we decided to leave a day early. Ummm... the beach, last minute, location, availability, and a reasonable cost, this should be impossible. So, I played Russian roulette with my finger on the keypad and said, "This one". I had low expectations for this hotel. There is no way I got something at a reasonable price with the accommodations that I require (if it wasn't for unlucky, I wouldn't have luck at all). Turns out I was incredibly lucky. The location was minutes from the beach. There were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff at the service desk was extremely hospitable and friendly. The hotels security wasn't to bad (monitors at the front desk and lights around the facility like a football game). The room had a fresh smell to it. I did not find any flaws to the facility like chipped paint, missing hardware, or Questionable broken safety features. The landscaping at the front of the building was very appealing to the eye. Washers and Dryers were available at the facility as well as vending and ice machines. Overall, I was so impressed by the facility that I decided to participate in this survey which I rarely do. Two thumbs way up, Thank Ya'll!!!

The service, the comfort, and the location was excellent for a quick stop and go kind of trip. The pool was a little disappointing due to the several bugs floating atop the pool. I really hate to make my previous review because the place was really great and we were in the pool super early. So maybe, the maintenance staff wasn't able to make it the pool just yet.
