Loved the hotel

Did not like booking.com did not think reservations went through hotel called to tell me the payment didn’t go through had to go back and forth with emails to have payment go through. Tried to call booking.com and the phone system g was not working. All trying to do this while driving. Will call the hotel directly will not use booking.com agsin

Great location close to a good variety of shops and local restaurants as well as beaches to enjoy the water and especially the sunset at Honeymoon Island State Park. Frenchy's Outpost across the street was great for seafood (I reccomend the crab fries & fire island tacos). Room was bigger than I expected and very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My significant other and I landed late & checked in at 2am without any hassle and the young lady at the desk even hooked us up with complicatary toothbrushes and toothpaste so we could just go straight to bed. First time I needed to use the key card to use the elevator past the lobby and I like that little bit extra security.

Stayed 6 nights total and was only checked on my the housekeepering staff once after the second night. She was great giving me extra towels, taking the used towels and emptying the trash cans. Had to call the front desk after night four to get housekeeping service again. However, once called the front desk took care of it within five minutes by a member of the management crew who then made sure that housekeeping spruced up the room fully the next day. To be fair they had three wedding parties & a funeral party their at the same time and were short staffed on housekeeping so, to be fair, they did a great job all things considered.

Minutes away from Honeymoon Island, steps away from a strip mall with restaurants and shops, Frenchy's Restaurant, (Florida seafood), is right across the street, Publix grocery store is very close . The hotel looked new! The room was spacious and quiet and had an additional worktable for computers or dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is limited covered parking but we always found a space and ample outdoor parking. Didn't use the pool but it looked great, no hot tub. Due to worker shortages we didn't get daily maid service, (available for those that stayed three or more nights), but fresh towels and toiletries were offered.

No hot tub or spa.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, we were able to make our own waffles. They had oatmeal, eggs, sausages, fountain drinks, cereal. It was your basic continental breakfast, the area was very clean. I like that they had a pool and it was heated.

I really don't have anything bad to say, maybe because I only stayed for one night? I don't want to nitpick or leave a misleading review.

Everything was perfect, very reminiscent of a European hotel but with some exceptions air conditioning was perfect, unlike pillows and blankets

There are not enough seats in the room: only one chair by the mirror, to get on the Internet you had to fill out a bunch of forms and become a member of the club, and this is a waste of time

Overall the rooms, staff and location was lovely

There were several smokers the night that we were there and there was no place for us smokers to relax. No chairs were provided. The designated smoking area in the parking garage is where alot of us stood around at. Also was bummed about not having a jacuzzi

Hotel was nicely refurnished. Located in a safe, suburban area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nicely kept, but didn't get sun until the afternoon. Breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from.

The only inconvenience we had was that you are required to use the room key card to operate the elevator. We understand that this is for extra safety, but it was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was flawless.

Very clean, next door to very good restaurant, nice pool, quiet, no funky smells or strong air freshener, well stocked room.

Could not open window. Barn door design of bathroom looked nice, but did not have a way to lock it, so toddler opened the door while you were doing your business. Having to scan card to reach your floor is awkward while carrying stuff, and an easily defeated dumb security measure (just wait in the elevator). Pool towels on different floor from pool. You could not serve yourself food, but server was not wearing a mask half the time. No guest laundromat (none I saw), had to dry towels/suits on car, since we weren't lucky enough to get a balcony. New building, but foyer already leaking when it rained, pool equipment caught fire (according to other guests), firefighters had trouble with elevator, indicating dubious construction contractor.

Breakfast was really good. Clean rooms.

Late at night it got a bit loud for some reason . Lots of slamming doors and constant footsteps above ceiling. Shower water pressure was terrible. Window view could see right into neighbor house and vice versa.

The location of the hotel was convenient and there was plenty of parking. Inside the it is well design and modern. All of the staff members were incredibly friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious.

The thermostat on the AC didn't seem actual. It felt 10° warmer than the temperature displayed on the thermostat.
