Celebration Hotel

Celebration has a lovely walkability. The restaurants, shops and weekend events are nice and everyone was friendly. I especially enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning. The Valet guys were fantastic! Super nice!!

The hotel charged a pet fee for an ESA dog, which I did not like at all. I travel a lot and write reviews. No other hotels charge me for my small dog. I explained that while checking in and she said, "well, we do charge and that is our policy". So, I won't be staying there again. The furniture is very dated, and the room was clean. The towels smelled a little funny as well. The most exciting thing was the refrigerator does get drinks cold, and everything worked properly.

Breakfast was nice. I ordered off menu and they made my healthy omlette and salmon with veggies everyday! Very good.

No laundry service which was a big problem for me or I would have stayed longer. Had to relocate to another hotel after 2 weeks as I needed my laundry doing! Was a long stay business trip.

The valets (Walter) is who I had the most contact and first contact with. And he is exceptionally!! Professional, yet personable! Celebrate was a little farther out than I expected but very much worth it. Very nice and calm area.

The only thing I was disappointed of, the bar had closed after we had returned from dinner(11:00).

Very clean hotel! I love the ambiance. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and courteous. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast everyday, the omelet was cooked to perfection as well as the pancakes. The happy hour was great! Stellar service from check-in to check out. The town of Celebration is right out the front door; the little shops and restaurants are very convenient.

The bed was not comfortable at all, and I wish the WiFi would have remained accessible until my check out time 11:00 AM. It was discontinued at midnight, so I was not able to work the early morning hours of my departure.

Room door didn't work at 4am and couldn't get back into the room. Door battery needed to be replaced and maintenance wasn't available until 9am. Front desk recommend taxi company and get didn't show up for 4am pick up.

beautiful hotel in celebration right on the lake. lake view from room was lovely. went during Idalia and staff very helpful. pool looked stunning, understandably closed in a hurricane!

valet parking could have been better signposted

The front desk girl at check-in was different from the one at check out. Both of them were easy going and very easy to talk to. It was nice to see and hear some personality from them both. They are keepers! The lobby is super cool and the room looking over the lake was beautiful. The location was awesome because of the close proximity to outdoor dining spots.

Structurally you can tell that the building has been neglected for a little bit. There’s a crack in the popcorn ceiling directly above the king size bed running parallel to the wall. One Half of the double doors to the lake did not open. The only thing holding the linen supply door closed (where the ice Machine is on the 3rd floor) was a trashcan that was overflowing. When you slid the trashcan to the side the linen door pops open but obviously has a standard knob latch that is visible and broken.

I loved the decor of the hotel - ambiance is everything to me!! They were kind to give us a late checkout.

Our first room had a wet floor in front of the air-conditioner, so we had to move. We were not told about the self-parking charge when we checked in! (They did end up waving this)

Very close to the parks in the beautiful Celebration area. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants, very nice staff and comfortable beds.

The only issue was that we did not know that we had to schedule the cleaning of the room beforehand (because of Covid). We were told it was in the email confirmation, but I would suggest letting the guests know during check in. It was not a pleasant surprise to come back at the end of the day to a “messy” room.

Beautiful and relaxing location. Excellent customer service. Very clean room. We also enjoyed the restaurant and food.
