Great breakfast, good location, clean.

The man at the reception tried to deceive us with payment and charge us an extra $30. I saw that price is different, he tried to assure that the price on Booking.com was without taxes. But I knew that the price included taxes and charges. When we came back in 20 min to get water, he said he will remove this extra 30$, maybe because he understood we really gonna do anything about it. It ruined our experience a little bit, especially bc it was 1 am, and were tired. Maybe the man thought that we were so tired so wouldn’t notice the difference in price. But at least he removed this extra money.

I was skeptical, especially after reading the Google reviews. But I was gladly surprised. The room looked exactly as the pictures on booking.com Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with variations every day. Facility is closed to everywhere the premium outlet, clearance stores, universal, convention center... I loved it. I will rebook again. Follow your gut don't always go with reviews on google. From.a very satisfied client.

The only little remarks I have are that sometimes, out of nowhere, there is a pee smell coming out the toilet after a long stay. We booked for 8 nights, and by night five, I started to realize the foul smell like someone forgot to flush the toilet but upon checking there was no pee each time and first time thought the kids had an accident I wash the floor with detergent but the next day around the same time I smelled the same odour...

The breakfast was exceptional! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was by far one of the best. We stayed two days and each day was a different selection. The first day we had patty sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, fruit, along with other pastries. The second day was polish sausage, seasoned skillet potatoes with peppers, eggs, omelets, waffles, fruit, and other pastries. The breakfast alone was worth the cost of the hotel. Hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating.

The beds were a bit hard and no shuttle. Literally the only complaint.

The room was comfortable and clean, super friendly staff. I loved the guest laundry option, came in super handy! Also the fact that they offered complimentary toiletries by request in case necessary. The breakfast options were good and varied enough. Hotel's location is probably one of the best assets.

Internet service was really unstable, could barely get any signal and would disconnect after 30 seconds. Parking spaces were barely enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel. Turned the heater on at night and it really smelled like something was burning, probably it doesn't get used that much, the smell went away after a couple of minutes.

Had a marvelous time. Earl was an amazing front desk receptionist. So kind & accommodating. during check in, I walked into a room still being occupied. With no hesitation he assisted my needs, & ensured I was happy with another option. Will definitely come again due to his generosity & great hospitality.

Cleaning crew, not so helpful, seemed a bit annoyed with anyone asking for assistance. My guest & I chose to not ask for anything, didn't want to seem like a burden.

The gentleman who worked there. They were very kind and respectful. Leo went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Isaac vilarim the manager concerned with our needs. He was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like the fact that my keys didn't work 4 times. We had to keep going back to the front desk. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed by us. The refrigerator didn't work. The food we had went bad. Had to put in a work order. The bathtub was slippery my husband and I both almost fell. Had to get a bath mat. The last day of our stay. We get back from the theme park and our key didn't work. They thought we checked out at noon. We were tired and had to deal with that.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didnt have a remote for our tv in the room, and they got it to us almost immediately. We asked for extra pillows and toothpaste and were accomidated quickly for that as well. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast wasnt all that great. I dont expect much with breakfast included places, but you can tell the bacon is microwaved and eggs arnt fresh. Pillows are also way too soft.

The breakfast, kids love the pool, we found a water bug in the pool and somebody help us promptly and give me kids a lot of attention with kindness, fast check in and check out. Everything was so clean and organized

The only complaint that we have it's the door that goes to the neighbors room, we definitely didn't liked, and the noises that we can hear from the others rooms

The staff was the best, they were on the ball and the most polite to my entire family.

The mattress on the bed was hard and lumpy. The first night, I slept on the floor cause it was at least smooth. Thanks to the people working front desk changed our room. But, still hard and lumpy.

very close to Universal studios, the food as always was varied and excellent. the comfortable room. You must request the cleaning of the room before 10 am.

The bathroom door was uncomfortable because it is sliding and does not close completely, therefore privacy was interrupted at times. and on the floor that kos touched, the ice machine did not work.
