The Florida Hotel & Conference Center in the Florida Mall

Upscale. Excellent location. I love that the mall is connected. If the weather is bad, just go back to the hotel and go shopping and eat out . Easy in and out- close and well lit parking. They make you feel just as important as other guests . No hesitation to assist and resolve issues.

Little things- left only one washcloth when two were in the room. Didn’t make bed daily. Limited parking for guest. But it is secured.

you can’t beat staying around the corner from you favorite stores. like in the same building. was able to drop off my laptop got it fixed and buy from apple store. even deciding I wanted something else and just went down stairs few steps and got it.

Nice room, EV parking!, free bottled water in the room.

Location. Convenient. After two weeks of family vacation from Caribbean to east coast our last stop before heading home was Orlando. No need to get out of hotel. They have all the stores and restaurants. Every one staffed there are super nice and the cricket bar staff super nice shout out to Daniel who was super nice and welcoming! Several of the guests are flight attendants but no need to worry if you are with family this hotel is definitely family friendly. I knew about Starbucks but what impressed me the most was Chic fil a!!!! Wow! So definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pool area could use more shade maybe some trees? It was pretty deadly hot.

Has internal access to the mall, perfect for rainy days, or a few slow days during your holiday to regather yourself. They have self-serve laundry.

It’s in Florida, so a lot of “people” smoke marijuana. The occasional waft of that gross smell through the vents is not the hotels fault, but no one likes that. The Wifi dropped out very often in my room, mostly at the desk, less so on the bed.

I loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The staff was nice and professional. Security was always present. The 24 hour gym was top notch with lots of amenities. The location was excellent. The overall value was quite impressive. Text enabled to contact staff. Cards needed to access elevators. Direct access to the mall. Houses a Chic Fil A, a Starbucks and a very good (yet expensive) breakfast buffet.

The parking was pretty bad. There weren't enough spots to park overnight. I didn't like that my room didn't get turned over at all while there for 4 days. There is no free breakfast available. The room stated that there'd be a view of the city, but my view was of the roof of the Florida Mall.

This Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and many other local attractions. The hotel being attached to the mall was a bonus. The mall is amazing and a nice way to pass some time if needed. There was a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A onsite, which was convenient. The staff were wonderful. The pool is very nice. The room was large, very clean, had lots of amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very expensive, but that is to be expected at a hotel that doesn't include breakfast. The quality of the toilet paper could be much better considering the price of the hotel per night.

The location is the best. Staff are polite and helpful. Special thanks to William from the Engineering/maintenance team.William went out of his way to make us feel comfortable even though he doesn't work at the Housekeeping départment. We appreciate the quick decision taking of Tara the front office Manager. She provides a professional and excellent Customer Service. Thanks again

The room was very very comfortable and had all the amenities that would make you smile the TV channels were quite exhaustive and you Cleese spoilt for choice,a 24 hour gym which was quite interesting.And a mall around the hotel,it couldn’t get better.

You would expect a hotel like this to have many different restaurants,no they had only two,a bar which serves as a return to at night and you can imagine,basic bar food,not a place I would recommend you eat if you are accustomed to fine dinning.!Breakfast is also a complete mess,not an exhaustive buffet that travellers like us are used to,basic basic basic and quite annoying.Rooms are never ever cleaned although they gave a very mundane explanation that they clean less because of Covid.I must however say that they are always in a hurry to give you whatever amenities you ask for.
