The property was very good the location excellent everything was close

The only thing that I didn’t like was there breakfast not good at all….oh and one more thing I didn’t see them or anything but my son slept in the sofa bed and had bit marks on his legs I hope it’s not bedbugs….. besides that everything was good

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were roomy, and any staff that I worked with were amazing. We did get our car vandalized in the parking lot, but there were no cameras to be seen anywhere, and when I tried to speak to manager, he was never there at that location There were stains on the floor on the carpet and there were some missing items but the staff was very quick to get those for us. Overall it was a good experience. The vandalism to our car could’ve happened at any hotel. Somebody must have pulled that luggage by our car and scratched it.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a person on premises to talk to, about needs, but it all worked out and they were very helpful and very quick to get us what we did mean. I would stay again definitely and it was great for the price.

The unit could have been cleaner. The chair was ripped, the sofa was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the tables were dusty, and there was an eyelash on the floor which tells me the floor had not been vacuumed. Also, the restaurant in the lobby was closed.

the apartment was really spacious and clean. It was great to have a washer & dryer whilst we are there too. The other facilities meant we could cook in most evenings so saved us a fair amount! The Point is really close to universal studios and took about 7 mins in the car.

There is not loads to do around this area so if you’re not going to the park make sure you have something else to keep you busy! The rooms are great for a holiday but some bits could be updated a little.

Our quiet, 12th floor apartment overlooked the pool. Access was by key pad (very handy). There was ample, free parking right beside The Point. The Wifi was free and strong. There was a nice pool and hot tub, which was rarely crowded. The bathroom was large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen appliances were large and very good but there could have been more equipment for cooking. The air con worked well but was rather noisy. There just seemed to be one central control switch in the living room, as opposed to individual controls in each room. The cost of the apartment was reasonable.

The lift was slow. The water pressure, especially in the kitchen, was weak. The carpets and furnishings were a bit worn & stained. The living area was much smaller than it appeared in the picture. Do be aware that you really need a car to get anywhere (attractions, supermarkets, events, restaurants). No one seems to walk anywhere and the city of Orlando is very "car centric". Restaurants in the area were mainly fast food chains. Don't let any of this put you off! I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms, very convenient location, kitchen set up very nice and accommodating, and up to date look for most part. (One room had a headboard the other did not)

Didnt have the extra bed I thought we reserved, a little painting and Touch up is needed around the room but overall nice, a few mechanical issues but it was resolved. Thermostat didnt want to work at one point and bathroom flooded. But we got through it.

The location was good. The room was quiet and well maintained. They even left a Halloween treat bag of candy for us as a welcome to the room. The bathroom was very roomy, especially the shower. There were plenty of dishes and cleaning supplies provided in the kitchen.

The bed wasn't firm at all, it was like sinking into fluff which isn't really good for the back. One of the legs on the bedside table was barely holding on, almost knocked it over on accident.

This place was amazing for the price. We had two connecting apartments- one with a double bed for the two older kids and the other had a master bedroom with a pullout sofa which we used for the Younger kid! Both were very spacious and clean. No issues with parking during our stay. The pool was clean, the rooms were super clean and spacious. LOVED not having a key to worry about. We had their breakfast and It was decent for $10. We also used the Bar and the drinks were reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and attentive. The gym is small but it had two of everything which was enough for our daily workout routine! Last but not least, their beds were amazing and each bed had 6 Pillow; that is unheard of!! Overall, we will be back in June! We no longer do Disney since the kids are older and they are into Universal studios which is only a 6 minutes drive from this hotel!

1 elevator was not useable for the entire 2 weeks we were there

Perfect stay for a big family! Best kitchen amenities of any place we have stayed at! Perfect location for universal too! We won't stay anywhere else for future universal trips!!

The bedroom sheets felt like tissue paper.
