Hotel Kinetic Orlando Universal Blvd

The hotel was truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge was very enthusiastic and full of detailed information regarding local attractions.

I did not expect to pay an additional fee for parking when I paid for a room at your hotel. It would be one thing if you were letting other people park in your parking area but as a guest that is paying for a room, I was not expecting to do so.

The price for the queen suite was phenomenal! Room was kept clean and the staff was very sweet. There was an evacuation around 7am our morning of check out and staff was extremely professional and answered any questions we had. The bar staff was superb during the alarm! The pool/hot tub was kept well and open until midnight which was exactly what we needed after a long day at SeaWorld. Shop was open late too! I work at a resort in North Florida and I was very impressed with the property.

The floors were HOT and humid. Thankfully we didn't have any HVAC issues in the room, but walking down the hallway to get to the elevators after a hot day was miserable. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much.

Breakfast, not Free.

Superb all around. Stayed for two weeks from Dublin in Ireland and this four star hotel well exceeded all our expectations. The staff (desk, ba, breakfast) we all so kind and truly helpful. Thus hotel made our two week holiday fantastic. While everything was brilliant at the hotel, the massive unexpected bonus was the pool area which felt like a resort, but all the handiness of the location on Universal Blvd.

We would have liked two weeks more!!!

when we arrived we checked in . but wasn’t given Any information about the property as far as the restaurant the pool area wasn’t even told where the elevator was. Felt very rushed.

Spent a week at the Crowne Plaza resort, and have nothing but good things to say. Location was perfect, was able to get an Uber quickly and cheaply to wherever we needed to go. The bar had a nice atmosphere, Shout out to Junior who always served me my ice cold Blue Moon with a smile and good conversation! Room was spacious and clean, didn't make use of the housekeeping services, as we were only there 1 week. Convenience store was great, perfect for picking up snacks after being tired from walking around the parks all day.

The customer service is top tier! The ladies make my visit feel home! Their professionalism is stellar!

I booked a deluxe king with a sofa bed as advertised but went to my room and had only a chair available. That was disappointing since I specifically booked in order to rest and relax. The upholstery in the room I was flexed to was very spotted appearing unclean. I didn't even get offered any reward points or adjustments in rates. The room was not the wort exchange but pleased clean the sofa in room 301.

Everything was amazing the room was nice with a wonderful view. Breakfast and staff in the restaurant was wonderful.

Parking needs some help. When coming back on the second night I had to park in the exit of the hotel due to no parking spot for my car. I feel if your going to charge 25$ per night to park there should be at least one spot per room.

The property was beautifully maintained, and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was top notch from a quality standpoint. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The mattresses were really stiff, and the pillows were really flat / soft. And my toilet kept ghost flushing. But I had such an amazing and busy trip, That I didn't want to take the time to ask for a room change.

We were at a work conference at a different resort. The rooms were awful!! We didn’t even unpack. We, as did a lot of the other attendees, found you on booking.com, booked it and we were in our comfy rooms and beds at your Crowne Plaza. Front desk attendants were awesome. I actually called my husband and told him that we would be staying there when we go to Disney with our grandkids!!

By the time I got in from my conference sessions, all I wanted to do was get in the jacuzzi and………other people were already in it!🤣🤣
