Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando East/UCF Area

Newer hotel so the rooms and common areas were very clean and updated. The hotel is close to several restaurants (several walking distance) and it just up the road from UCF. Breakfast was way better than I expected! Even though everything was prepackaged, they had several hot choices (crustless quiche, waffle, sausage biscuit) and a variety of cold choices as well. I would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

They were out of propane the night we wanted to sit by the firepit.

YOU ARE CHARGING ME EXTRA $40 THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE AS I DID THE BOOKING IT WAS A TOTAL WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDED OF: $300, NOW i WEN TO YOUR PAGE AND YOU HAVE A PRICE OF $120 AND $141 WITH BREAKFAST I NEVER GET BREAKFAST I CARRY MY OWN. I PLEASE NEED A PRICE ADJUSTMENT. 2. THERE IS A NOISE IN WITH THE REFRIGERATOR AND AN INTERMITENT LIGHT AT NIGHT. 3. TO OFFER BREAKFAST YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE FRESH AND ORGANIC FOOD. PLEAS REPLY.

A difficult night but the staff (woman on front desk duty) helped us a lot.

Nothing, though it was a bit difficult to find when you've had a transatlantic flight, in the dark, in a rental car and my wife had fallen at Orlando airport and broken her shoulder.

Great staff. Very professional and courteous. We were upgraded to a king suite when they found out we were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. We were treated with the utmost respect. The breakfast area was well maintained and controlled to avoid any contamination. My wife and I really felt comfortable and safe through out this property. Kudos to the entire staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service and experience.

well, I had to think hard on this. so... there was a youngsters soccer tournament or something and they were noisy at breakfast. No reflection on you.

room was very clean bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows shower was awesome, clean, big, bright, good for shaving :)

one of your elevators has a wee shuddering problem - made me nervous at first but got used to it

The breakfast was good, it wasn't available when we needed it on Saturday and Sunday for our kids who had to get up early for a training, so that actually would have been more helpful.

You might consider having an extra person on the weekends, or your busier days for the breakfast area, because things ran out and the one person was having to cook and refill things.
