Staff, and the Food and the Customer Service...

The shower water was horrible, it needs to be filtered... U could smell the shower from the other end of the room... It was very unpleasant... If that's normal, you can keep that... I just said to myself it's only for the night so I'm just not gonna bathe because I don't know what affects that water my have on my skin...

1. Staff was exceptionally professional; I must say that John at the the front desk was very courteous, very enthusiastic and helpful. 2. Property was attractive 3. Clean and spacious room 4. Nice tv 5. Reading light

Bed was a tad firm and microwave is on the Mini side

Rooms were very nice and clean staff was excellent

Kids were excited about enjoying the pool on Saturday night but they closed it down for a private party only notice was day of party we were there for softball tournament 11 kids disappointed

Great location for UCF. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as a restaurant in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and quickly responds to requests.

The room carpet needs deep cleaning. Breakfast is not included. Actually costs about $14.

small cosmetic things like weird corner of rug and wall next to ac unit and ripped curtains - didn’t affect our stay at all though!

Room was clean The bed was comfortable. And kitchen was open till ten.

There was a loud banging sound that went on for several minute and I believe it was a staff member. Doing something in a nearby utility room.

I wish I could remember his name. Ughh I no it I just can't remember right now. The man at the front desk....I want to say he works a night shift. He was there at 6:30-7 when we got there. I believe he was there until 10-11 pm. Anyway, he went above and beyond for us!!. I can't say enough nice things about him. Very outgoing very helpful I ordered food in ur restaurant because of him and it was excellent.

Location and cleanliness of hotel. Pool area was nice. Lots of parking!

Being told I couldn’t eat my food in an empty dining room, because it wasn’t bought from the hotel! I bought a glass of wine and had some takeout. Asked the bartender if I could eat/sit in the dining room. He said yes, then the manager came out of the kitchen with his own dinner and asked me to either eat in my room, or in the lobby where there are no tables and chairs to eat at! I will never spend my money on food and beverage at this hotel due to this altercation!

The location was excellent. We were there for our granddaughter’s graduation from the University of Central Florida.

Everything was your our satisfaction. There was nothing that could have been better.

The staff were super and so courteous. Pool was nice and cool. Room was large and comfortable. Good quality shower gels and shampoo etc. Maid service everyday!
