Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East - UCF Area

Remarkable customer service, I felt welcomed upon check in. Once I arrived, there was a small issue regarding my room. I purchased the single room with a king bed. Turns out, this room already had a person staying there (apparently they didn't check out when they were supposed to). Long story short, the Hilton staff did an excellent job with resolving this matter quickly and efficiently. They gave me a free upgrade to a king junior suite!! This room was beyond excellent, very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. I am a proud Hilton Honors member, and it will continue to stay this way! Thank you

The location was perfect for what I needed. It was so nice that I could get dinner right at the hotel, the menu was varied and the food came quickly and was good. The breakfast was also very good. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Parking was free. Staff was friendly.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

The staff at the front desk went over and above. We needed some assistance and they helped us with each thing with a smile. Truly rare The ladies were fabulous. Nice pool - very clean reception.

I was overcharge a significant amount over the booking price. I called and they changed and credited me, but I was a bit shocked as they didnt give me a receipt under my door or when I checked out.

Good, but little worn-out hotel. Not possible to open window (in case you don't like the airco). Standard no in between cleaning of rooms in case you stay for more days. Difficult to find stairs (only one very slow small elevator, not very covid-proof). Pool is not heated and for large part of day in shadow (in december)

We've stayed here several times. Great location, easy to find and professional staff. Good breakfast available in the mornings - made to order (not complimentary- but reasonable).

Need a sign on the street, but likely a local ordinance given I find this all over Florida.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and prefer it to some others we have stayed at in the area. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The location was fabulous, so close to the UCF campus and my son's apt.

The hotel is starting to look a bit dated. The bathroom sink had a hard time draining.

Location is great if you need to be in east Orlando / UCF. I'm a light sleeper and didn't get woken up by any noise.

Only thing I would change would be to put heavier curtains in the even-numbered rooms; they face east and the sun lights up the rooms from 6a-9a or so.

The room was big (king bed) with desk, chair, TV, coffee maker, etc. We only stayed for one night but it was a perfect stay. Also I LOVE their app. You can chat directly with the property through the app! I asked for water to be brought to the room and since they’re not doing room service due to Covid, we couldn’t get water. I chatted with the front desk representative through the app and she offered two complementary water bottles which I thought was very nice of them to do since they’re available for purchase in the lobby.

Rooms were pristine! breakfast was good and affordable at about $15 pp including drink.

What I did not like was the pool area. It felt more like a prison than a pool. The white metal fence separating it from the parking lot was not good enough. It needs a screen of some kind with a more tropical feel for adults. It was very disappointing and was one of the reasons I chose your hotel.
