Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas

The property was absolutely beautiful! so much to do for the kids! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, so clean! The staff are exceptional, can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say that there was one thing that I didn’t like about the property!

Great location. Nearby Seaworld. 15-20 min from Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. Easy check in and check out. Extremely quiet. Clean and spacious rooms. Towels changed everyday. Easy parking. Safe gated resort. Easy entrance and exit. Had a really great time with family.

The convenience of ordering meals from Pavilion Grill, the Clubhouse pool - our daughter LOVED the jet area, the proximity to everything in the city, and the comfortable villa were all great! We appreciated the courteous staff and the opportunity to check out an hour late. We will definitely recommend this resort to others!

The lack of privacy in the master bathroom was a little surprising. We missed the fact that the bath was right next to the bed in the photos, and the toilet area being in a shared space with the shower was less than ideal. Otherwise, the villa was wonderful!

I'm an avid review reader BEFORE booking hotels. I read hundreds of reviews before settling on Mariott Cypress for our first Orlando/Disney trip. I'm so glad I chose this place. We are a family of five (including two teenagers) and it was great. It was clean. Lots of great space so we could spread out. What I loved most was the plethora of activities for the family including arcade, pool, bike riding, tennis, mini-golf etc. etc. It's super close to shopping. Beautiful facilities. The staff was awesome... such as Randy at the Lakehouse and David from Haiti. Randy made our time on the lake super fun while boating. Katrina was super friendly on the shuttle and went the extra mile for us. I could go on and on. It was priced right for four days. We will be back. Well worth the money! No regrets at all and only 12 -15 minutes from Disney and three minutes from SeaWorld. (Recommendation... get a room in buildings 64-66 because it's really quiet and away from the activities areas.)

I would have loved to have more dining options on site.

We enjoyed the basketball court, arcade and pools.

I called at 3 pm to check to see if my room was avliable. They said yes come on down and get your card key. It took me an hour to get there with traffic and when i arrived around 4:30 they told me there wasnt a room ready and that it would be an hour wait. I said you guys told me on the phone an hour ago it was ready. The lady went to the back room came back and said there is a room ready. In addition, the power randomly went out for about 3 hours and the only communication i received was when it came back on. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly.

Second stay in this property , and I can confirm that this is my favorite resort in Orlando ( and I have tried many). First, I want to thank all the personnel ( from the front desk to the persons responsible for cleaning , gardening and maintaining the area). They are all so welcoming and arranging that you just feel special. The appartements are clean , spacious and equipped with everything you need. The exterior are very nice and it is a pleasure the walk inside the property.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the activity center for the kids. The planned family activities that were included in your stay. Bike riding spa very reasonable priced!!! Mutiple pools. Pool parties amazing!!golfing I can go on and on!!!! Just awesome place to take your family for fun and relaxation.

The cashless procedure. I carry both card and cash. I feel like I should have a choice if I want to use cash or card!

The property was gorgeous, well manicured and everything you need is located right on the property you really don't have to leave. Everybody is nice and friendly from the time we checked everything was in order, gave advice of what's on the area and the activities that are available on the property. I took advantage of the stretch class the instructor was knowledgeable and fun. I can't say enough about the property it was immaculate. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be visiting again!
