Marriott's Harbour Lake

Loved the facilities, they are truly fantastic and rival a Disney property. But it really was the staff! The staff is even friendlier than a Disney property and far superior to ANY Marriott vacation club we've visited in the country including the Royal Palms which we stayed at previously. The family activities, games, and kids club were top-notch. Your activities director is a remarkable leader which shows from planning and executing to recruiting the right people. The property GM must have excellent training, policies and recruiting in place as well as staff retention. I do not know how the service exceeds that of Disney at every touchpoint, but there is really something special going on at your Harbour Lake property. We are DVC members and the Harbour Lake experience has us thinking about selling DVC and joining the Marriott Vacation Club.

Our suite did not include in-room laundry. That is the ONLY thing that did not meet our expectations.

we just arrived home from a six night stay at the Marriott harbor hotel. It was amazing the facilities for two and five-year-old were so much fun and it provided a relaxing vacation for the parents too! we had a two bedroom villa that was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Falls pool. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the grounds are clean and well-kept. The food and drink services were also enjoyable and reasonably priced. The kids activities and amenities were a big hit!

The hotel was perfect for our visit. Grammy, son and 4 year old granddaughter. She loved the various pools and we were in them 2 or 3 times a day. My son has a spinal cord injury and is in a wheelchair and the ADA room worked well. The whole hotel campus was accessible for him which was a big plus for us. The activities were mostly for older kids but we had fun watching the hula hoop competition etc. Lots of activities! The daily ice cream special was a big hit.

Beautiful decor, very clean, nice amenities and upgrades to condo. Loved going down to clubhouse for coffee in the morning, and then walking over to see the dolphins! Also loved the restaurant was so close. Also the pool, nice clean and warm!!

I would put some black out curtains in the bedroom we stayed in, because our bedroom was in the direct sunlight so we were not able to sleep in the next morning, very bright!

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus. There was also a full size kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possible need. The resort itself was great and had lots to keep the family entertained. We loved the activities and collecting tokens for the kids to spend at the end. It's a shame that it rained a bit too much, but that's on par for Florida in August I think.

The only negative I have is I think the putt putt course should have been included and not billed as an extra.

so much to do especially with kids. could definitely stay here and not even go to any parks. prices were great? staff mostly friendly. close to parks. villas were awesome, came with literally everything you could need.

there was no maid service which is fine because I think daily maid service is unnecessary but that means you are forced to wash your own towels but they charge for laundry detergent. it is 1.00/box. our Villa was “clean” but if you looked close in corners it was actually quite dirty.

very clean and beautifully decorated. the rooms were spacious and had everything you could need during your stay. Staff were friendly and attentive

My only complaints are that the pillows were too oversized for my liking, and there is always traffic noise. Getting a good nights sleep was difficult for me because of those reasons.

The size of the rooms, rooms equipment, we had everything we need. Staff helped with everything. They answered every question. Even suggested the main attractions, beaches, shops. We are really impressed.’

The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The pools with the small waterpark and thr minigolf were excellent entertainment for the kids.

There restaurant options were towards the lower end of the scale, but we mostly cooked ate in the room (very well provided with pota, pans, dishes, cutlery) and even used the outdoor grills.

Everything was clean and smell great! I really loved this place. We came as a recommendation from a family member, and he was not lying when told us that this was his favorite vacation place for his girls :) Thanks everyone there, you are amazing!
