Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center

The room was large and clean, check in was quick and easy. Complimentary drinks and snacks at 5 pm was nice. Staff were really pleasant as a whole. Breakfast was good, had a decent selection.

The outdoor pool was always dirty, asked for it to be cleaned which never happened so I did it myself ( twice ) with the skimmer. Indoor pool floor was really dirty and desperate for a clean. Shower pressure was really weak. Also had a convention in, which I would of liked to have been notified as this took over the hotel.

I loved the location! The hotel was surrounded by a lot of amazing restaurants and activities to do on international. easy walking distance to most things. the feee breakfast was also one of the best free breakfasts we ever had. it was also amazing that they gave us free happy hour coupons to get drinks throughout our stay.

the only downsides to the property would have to be some of the amenities were not working. The inside jacuzzi was taped off, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the phone in the room was broken, and house cleaning only cleaned our room twice throughout the week stay. Other than those minor details it was an overall great stay!

Location was walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The staff throughout the hotel deserve a raise, they were always ready to help, a special thank you to Ian in reception who assisted with our room change as there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, we was able to transition smoothly. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool with jacuzzi which was always a hit for all ages. Breakfast was exceptional every morning with a broad range of dishes, not to mention tasty. The restaurant served tasty food and cocktails. The fitness room was clean and equipped well, all in all, had an amazing time.

My son had to use white noise on his phone everyday to block out noises from above and outside as he was on the sofa bed. He said the noises were worse in the morning before and during breakfast hours.

Check in was easy. We arrived before check in and were able to get into our room early! Friendly staff. Clean rooms Excellent breakfast and evening refreshments. Eggs made to order, waffles, bacon, fruit and cereal etc. Great towels in room. International Dr and the trolley are steps away from hotel. We used the trolley to get to nearby restaurant's and Icon park. Indoor and outdoor pools, nice outdoor pool sitting area.

The outside hot tub could use a up grade. Did not work well. It was hot, but the jets did not work well.

Have stayed at Embassy suites several times. Friendly service, excellent breakfast and refreshments, and clean atmosphere. I love the layout of the suites and the fact that the bedroom has a separate door. Very quiet surroundings despite a very busy weekend with children running down the hallways.

The last two times I have stayed the gate to exit and enter the property as a guest doesn’t work and now they charge for parking nightly. The elevators are very slow and one has been not been in use for a while.

Breakfast was amazing lots of choices and nice hot food.. friendly staffs and very clean... loved the balcony experience the private king bed room with the TV room little mini kitchen area with coffee pot counter to along with office space comfortable bed and pillows all was well... besides the hot water in the tub was no as hot... but I was told at the front desk that they where having some trouble with the water system..so no big deal...wasn't hot but wasn't cold either....over all our stay was good..

Embassy Suites Convention Center was AWESOME!!! Breakfast was fantastic, and I loved the protein options as one of my sons is on a high protein/high fiber/low card diet. The indoor and outdoor pool were also great. But the staff was exceptional: patient, pleasant and friendly.

Honestly, I loved everything. One evening the indoor hot tub water was not hot and I called and asked if they could heat it, but we left shortly. By next morning, the hot tub water was nice and hot!

Plenty of things to like about this property - one of the best breakfast spread I’ve seen, rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super nice and friendly, free bottles of water, complimentary snacks and drinks every evening, nice indoor and outdoor pools

the indoor hot tub wasn’t functional throughout our stay, even though I was told on the first day that the tub will be fixed within hours. They weren’t flexible on the timing for the complimentary drinks. most families come for a visit to the parks, it’s near impossible to get back to the hotel between 5 and 6:30pm

The service and response from staff was great. Food was good and facilities was clean. The beds are awesome. And it was quiet, we were able to sleep well. Location was great, we could walk to stores and attractions on international blvd. And we were about 20 minutes from airport and Disney world.

We checked in 3 AM and the night reception was not professionally dressed so we were concerned about our room not being clean. She was nice and checked in was good, except we had problem with Key not opening parking gate, so I had to go back to receptionist so she could reactivate..

Spacious clean rooms and nice breakfast buffet .

They won't let you check in until 4 which is very inconvenient when you have tired kids . The lobby was filled with families waiting for rooms. The ice machines were broken on multiple floors so we couldn't fill the cooler . Also, one elevator was labeled out of service but it was running so you got stuck in an endless loop of pressing the button and the broken elevator opening. Also, they charge $20.00 extra for parking which is ridiculous in that area of town. The gates were up the entire time so I'm sure many people lied and said they didn't have a car when they did.
