Red Roof Inn PLUS Orlando-Convention Center- Int'l Dr

I really enjoyed myvstay at the Red Roof Inn Plus on Jamaican court. The staff and employees were great. They really make you feel at home and try to accommodate you the best they can. This is where your next hotel stay should be if you are staying on international drive area.The prices were the lowest that I found on booking.com and it's easy to book your room before you even get there. Thank you so much red roof for making my stay a beautiful place to stay. I will be back.

There is absolutely nothing I can say I didn't like. When I asked to move up to the front because I was in the back and ibwzs staying by myself,they had no problem moving my room to the front do I felt safer.

The staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, it's next to a bunch of other hotels and lots of restaurants, and activities nearby. Room a/c worked great and kept the room nice and cold. They labeled their FIRM pillows.

Their parking lot is very small, and by the time we came back after being out for a few hours it was full, we had to park next door at the quality inn. The elevator seemed like it needed some maintenance, the light in there was flickering the whole time so we ended up using the stairs. The room was what we expected for the price, we were disappointed that there was no coffee maker but we had cups and coffee available to us in the room and there was no microwave. The ceiling looked like someone had walked all over it with their dirty bare feet. The bathroom door knob wasn't a functional one.

The room was clean and smelled nice , air conditioning was great , the bed was comfortable so that was a huge plus , could have used a little more tv selections but all in all it was a good place the cleanliness was a super plus for me

There was hair in the shower and the elevator didn’t work I’m handicapped so going up and down stairs was a Hassle for me hopefully it will be fixed before I go back again , I told the young man at the desk

I have called over 3 weeks now and they said they were going to speak to the GM that the cancellation fee was going to be waived by Ed I was also any screenshots to booking.com and also that $82 and some change would be refunded I'm not understanding that if I have covid how I'm even being charged I call you right away the moment I got a fever and went and bought a kit and of course it was positive

When I you look back at my history I always stay there and I'm a loyal customer I have never done this before but being that I was sick I didn't want to contaminate anyone all I wanted to do was either rebook for another two nights on a later date so one you can just keep the money that they build you for or to the can reimburse me so I can rebook again the full amount

Location right within walking distance of "Icon Park" Gordon Ramsey's Fish and Chips and a small Sea Aquarium. Denny's for breakfast. Lynx City bus senior pass all day 2.25. Mini golf to play. Cinemark movie Theatre to catch a movie.

Booking.com should have informed me of a additional 50.00 that the inn must add to my credit card only..upon check-in. No microwave for my specific room. There is in the foyer area plus soups , Mac a cheese and other snack items for purchase that part made the other part nicer.

Nyrium is exceptional. I am so happy that every time I ask for a request it is granted that goes for Tig , Frankyer,& Jamale. Front desk is ready to grant what is in their power. I’m sure their job is not easy but they’re making it look like it.! thank you so very much.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location is great and they accept pets with no additional fees.

Would have been nice if they mentioned they removed all coffee makers, microwaves and alarm clocks from the rooms. Also the fridge broke and ruined some food which it would have been nice to get some credit for.

I love the location. The room was cozy and comfortable.

I didn't get fresh towels nor was my room clean the following day. I asked for new towels, I gave the cleaning lady the dirty ones but she never brought me clean towels. Then the person giving out the snacks asked me did I want my room clean and do I need towels, I said yes. She said someone will come in 10 mins and no one showed up. The staff didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate. There was two roaches in my room as well. But other than that everything else was good. The staff was very pleasant.

Very friendly staff all the way around the hotel ! Allowing animals without a hassle is a blessing ! Rooms were a generous size, CLEAN and comfortable. Honestly I wasn't concerned about the few minor flaws and much as I was grateful for a place to lay my head and have my animals close by. I image others might frown upon a little rust on the tub stopper or a bit of caulking missing ....but if you are an animal lover, I suspect you would over look theses minor issues while you sat comfortably in you clean room with your dog by your side....as I did. Thank you !!

I was just doing a one night stopover, dropping my wife off at Tampa airport for a late flight, then heading to Hilton Head to golf. So all I wanted was a comfortable bed within walking distance of a bar to have a late night drink and late dinner. Bed was very comfortable, and limited noise

Toilet paper holder was broken. Was too close to toilet so somebody likely broke it. Should have a small alarm clock
