The room was very nice and spacious, would’ve been even roomy enough to stay with more people. Parking at the property was a nice plus. Location to both Disney & Universal was really good. Breakfast was surprisingly very good.

I really didn’t like the excessive use of plastic for breakfast. Even though the hotel claims to be environmentally conscious in other areas, absolutely everything at breakfast is plastic (plates, cutlery, cups etc). I would love to see this change for a future visit.

The shower had an odor sometimes and so did the room. It would be nice to have the same pleasant fragrance in the room as was in the entrance of the lobby of the hotel.

Fantastic property! The location is right next to shopping and close to the amusement parks. Excellent customer service - a very friendly and efficient staff. The accommodations are wonderful; the bed is so comfortable and the sheets are the softest! I didn’t want to get out of bed! Spacious room equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are large and feature a nice covered desk and a sofa that are set apart from the sleeping area. Pet-friendly with grassy areas on the property. On-site restaurant and bar open in the evenings. Large lounge area and two outdoor patios. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

This place is spotless and smells amazing, no fuss just a relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the mall for the best food and shopping to suite all budgets, save money on park food options and Uber is quick and cheaper that $30 a day parking fee. The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They took care of our request to switch rooms immediately and gave us a nice room without discussion. The breakfast was a little early for us (it ends at 9am) and it was crowded but overall ok. Our kids loved the heated pool. We would stay here again.

The breakfast ends too early (at 9am) and as Europeans we cringe about all the disposable paper cups, plates and cutlery. So much unnecessary waste is produced each morning, it makes us sad thinking about our environment.

Everything! The room was big. Staff was very nice. The young lady at the front desk Amanda was the nicest person I have ever met. You are wonderful! The bed was the best part. Wink wink

Nothing. I just wish there was coffee in the rooms. For some reason the front desk personnel kept calling my husband Vincent..... I'm not sure where she got that from. And I've never stayed at this hoetl. Before...

Awesome location, very clean and staff was great! The room was very clean and furniture looked new! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

For the price and the quality of this hotel, parking should be free. 12 bucks to park on premise? It’s part of the hotel already, not like it’s a separate piece of real estate… also 5 bucks for water? Because it’s smart water?? Buy cheaper water and offer it free of charge, heck brand it your own and use it as propaganda.

Location , cleanliness and facilities are super. Staff are supportive everywhere. Room size was very convenient for a family including luggage. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is a plus . Laundry room available in location too.

Had an issue with security deposit as double charge were taken (cash and credit) also had long wait during check out due to error in account.

The hotel is simply fantastic- liked the cleanness- fresh smell, the pool, the gym, the restaurant, the staff, the cleaners- the general look and feel- and breakfast was fine. Close to fantastic shopping malls for top brands. The location was great!

Great location. Close to highway. Close to Universal and Disney Parks. Mall is right behind hotel in walking distance. Shopping plaza with other stores ( Costco, Target, Best Buy, etc.) are couple traffic lights away. Parking has a lot of spots, no issues with parking at any time. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice gym, nothing special but have everything for quick workout. Room service is good, nice pizza.
