Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks

The room had comfortable beds and housekeeping did a good job of keeping it clean for our 4-night stay. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, since we are not big breakfast eaters. I especially liked that good and hot coffee was available at all times. The only way to top the location is to actually be on Universal property. The free shuttle was handy, although we used a taxi to return to the hotel each day because the shuttle returned at 5:30 p.m., which was too early for us. We would have walked the 1.3 miles back to the hotel, but, after hours of being on our feet at Universal, we opted for a ride!

The shuttle was handy, but we ran into a glitch on the first morning at the hotel. The shuttle was full, so they had to send another one. We ended up waiting an hour. However, the other three mornings went smoothly. The only other problem was that the air conditioning unit was noisy. I was able to fall asleep, but not readily due to the noise.

The hotel was nice and the cleaning crew was awesome and very helpful if you needed something. The location to the parks was wonderful.

The hotel need to have a backup coffee make. We paid for breakfast included in the cost of the hotel stay but not coffee with breakfast and the waffle batter was watered down. It was the worst. Yeah they need to do better with that. Give us a good breakfast it doesn’t have to be Great but good is doable. Don’t water the batter down and have a backup coffee make. It was a nice size hotel so there was no reason why the breakfast was so bad other than they don’t have to do better.

We love the location and the room. It is pretty much close with everything! Restaurants, themed parks and even some attractions, it’s really close. It’s clean and comfy. We were planning to stay there again when we ever go back in Orlando. They will ask you upon check in for a $100 deposit but they will not get it out in you account. They will just let you sign a document for authorization to deduct the $100 if ever you broke something in the room but you have the option of giving cash too if you don’t want them have the authorization. No big deal. They will give it back upon check out too.

The floor splashes in the bathroom while taking shower, the shower curtains can’t shield the bottom for it is most likely leveled from the floor. So we just used a lot of towel on the floor while showering so we won’t get hurt if we fell on the floor because it’s slippery.

very happy, pleasant staff with easy check in and friendly welcome. Shuttle to Universal and Uber back conveniently. Good breakfast before hitting the park. Good price, I highly recommend for family as well.

I noticed, using Booking.com for 3 properties in a row, we received the least desirable room which seemed to need upgrades and repairs. We liked this hotel and location but after this experience I will ask when checking in if our room is in good repair.

Best stay to travel around close by to the Theme Parks, attractions, and other necessity needs. Friendly and helpful staff members.

I kinda wish there are more variety on breakfast instead of eating the same one each day. I also wish there’s a better improvement for the keycards to avoid getting locked out each day due to interferences with electromagnetic fields (Ex: security scanning checkpoints).

I liked the location. The room was very clean and I loved the shower head because it had a lot of pressure. Staff was friendly and for the two nights we stayed it was okay overall.

I did not like the pillows, too high but I understand it's a personal choice and did not care for their continental breakfast. Their breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am which is good but by 8:15am there was no coffee. We ended going to IHOP just down the road.

The bed was very comfortable and felt very clean. My concern is always the bedding and it was great. We had PLENTY towels for our one night stay. The breakfast was easy and simple and well stocked for the little stuff they had. The front desk attendants were very kind, helpful and explained everything and always had an answer to my questions. They have breakfast and a work station with a printer. A nice view from the dining area to the pool and canal. Our room had a straight view of our car which was very calming to see it safe. They had an early trolley to the park which was a god send!! Even if you miss it, the drive is less than 5 mins to Universal and 10 to Disney. SO CONVENIENT! 🤩 Great stay over all!

I couldn’t help but see little spots on the ceiling of my room (303) that looked like blood but my husband said it was just a little dirty. There was also a room down the hall with loud kids but they were great and quiet down at 10. Breakfast was simple but understandable due to covid precautions.

Overall the hotel was very good. Friendly staff, big enough room, and very close to what we cared about: The Universal Studios park. In case anyone wonders about location, it's a 30min walk to the park, and they have a shuttle ready as well.
