Best Western Plus Universal Inn

Breakfast was great. Only 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Helpful and friendly staff

The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the bar in your back.

All of the staff from housekeeping to front desk were kind, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was your standard continental fare but nothing was bad about it. The pool area was kept clean and is easily accessible, and while it is small, it was quiet and nicely shaded, which made it easy to enjoy my book.

The faucets on the shower were difficult to operate and understand and one could easily be scalded with the slightest turn on the knob. The shower is an accident waiting to happen for anyone with small children who love to explore. All of the furniture in the room was super scuffed, and the seats had some stains on them. The rug had stains as well. With my mini fridge, the wood underneath had obviously been water damaged as there was no finish on it.

Nice breakfast, a choice of both sweet and savoury options. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The AC worked very well and was quiet. The staff in BW is amazing! Also, great location, we walked to Universal Studios. The hotel has a pretty big pool area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget option with good breakfast and great atmosphere near Universal :)

The room was a bit humid, so we had issues with drying our clothes etc. However, we visited in the end of May, so… ;)

Rooms were very clean, daily hot breakfast had good options to choose. Location about a mile from universal, you can walk easily if you choose to not rent a car. hotel had free parking. Spacious room, very comfortable beds, included a mini fridge and a microwave which is a nice to have if you choose to buy take out and need to heat anything. Would definitely stay here again

Very delicious and hearty breakfasts! We brought fruits with us to the park. Very close to Universal Studios, there is a shuttle to the park. Comfortable bed, quiet location, and there are Korean and Japanese restaurants nearby.

The room is not ventilated, the window cannot be opened. The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy. My husband slept with earplugs. But this is more of a complaint about the building itself and its construction year.

No early morning breakfast service or snacks bar. We have been downstairs at 6:50 and when I asked lady at the breakfast service if I can give a kids something to eat ( for example the cupcakes which was already there) she said we have to wait till 7 ( our taxi was at 7).

The hotelmis kept very clean. The staff takes proper care. The staff is extremely helpful n amazing. Would help in each n every way. The hotel is close to all attractions. Very well maintained n helpful people. The staff is A plus category..never seen a hotel with such helpful staff.

Breakfast was horrible and the food was almost always completely gone. I waited for potatoes as she stated 7 minutes but 15minutes had passed as I watched her wrap apples. So I left did not eat two of my days there.

Super close to Universal Studios. Only a 15-20 min walk across the street. Breakfast was good with several options. Facility was clean overall.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were small and flat. I had a hard time sleeping the first couple nights since it was hard to get comfortable. Every time I needed someone at the front desk, no one was there. We yelled out for someone and knocked on the glass panel yet no one was around. A hotel front desk should be staffed at all times and if someone needs to step away there should be a backup person at the desk.

The breakfast 🍳 was excellent so yummy 😋 😍🥰😍💯

Only thing is the bed was really hard to sleep on it but every else was good 😊 love it 😍 they should updated the bed more soft 🙄but I love ❤️ the hotel
