Fair facilities and good breakfast

We booked this hotel because it advertised a free airport shuttle but we discovered after booking that the shuttle isn't running. We asked the hotel to refund us and they refused. We had to pay an awful lot of money for airport transfers or forfeit the booking money.

Some reviews had me wary what to expect. The reviews did not represent reality. The room was clean, the bed very clean and comfy, the AC excellent, micro. and fridge clean and plenty of lighting. I slept well and saw police presence patrolling all the parking areas randomly in the areas throughout the surrounding business area.

I missed breakfast so that's my fault. Nothing stands out as a negative. Popcorn ceilings are dated but clean. I think it is a great price for being in that area.

The breakfast area was a little too crowded for me. I was sick for 6 months + My room was exceptionally clean. All white sheets and 4 pillows; felt safe and I got the last room available so book ahead of arrival. I met other guests from Dallas, where it was allegedly snowing. They were telling the truth. Richard, from Dallas, would rather stay with you and wait for his flight no matter how long it takes. Thanks again for a clean, safe place close to the job site. My brother doesn't understand why I want a reservation, doesn't get that you don't take cash...so I am working with half a deck, and a few wild cards. I will never drive 500 miles each way again. It is different when you are a female traveling solo :) You all made it better and almost worth a 9 hr drive. Have a great day. Lauren Porter

Breakfast area was very crowded. I got a cup of coffee which was nice and hot.

we arrived early and were offered a room. Wifi Password was in our desk in the room. when we asked for ice staff provided us with enough ice from utility room downstairs. plenty of safe parking.

There are not any shops around the hotel. Breakfast consists of Pancake and Boiled eggs and jam and coffee . Automatic Pancake Machine is very slow and you have to stay in line and wait.

Nice area to walk around and nice park across the street. Lots of walkable restaurants in the area.

Many things were not replenished. No wipes, water or remote in the gym. No towels in the pool area and many items were not available during breakfast. Also we stayed two nights and the second day our key card would not work so we had to go back to the front desk for them to reload.

I liked that the guy in the front allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated it coming from the flight we we’re exhausted. The beds are comfortable and the hotel room was pretty clean cleanest I’ve seen in a while so thank u!

Property is old But the rooms were nicely updated and clean. Receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant even though she was busy. We had a slight problem with a bathroom fixture and called the front desk and a cordial maintenance worker responded immediately, and took care of it.

If you like carbs you will love the breakfast which consisted of oatmeal cereal biscuits muffins toast and pancakes. No fruit no meat, which was disappointing.

Perfectly acceptable accommodation for those who aren’t too picky. It’s clean enough, and the ac rocks. We had a great time at the pool.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We had to request a plunger, and they sent a maintenance staff to unclog it, however we had to plunge after each flush, which was nearly a deal breaker. Also, mini fridge freezes things. Between the loveseat and computer chair, there were only 3 sitting spaces for the 4 of us. And in our 5 day stay, housekeeping didn’t come once. We had to request a broom and bring down our dirty linens ourselves.

Room was comfortable except that while it was labelled "non-smoking", it had clearly been a "smoking" room and the smell of stale smoke was prevalent despite running the room fan continuously. It was not possible to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked.Breakfast was good as was the service.

We had a king bed and it was super comfortable! The room was big, cool and quiet. It was a great one-night stay for our early morning flight the next day. I also like that we didn't have to check out at the desk and we could just leave our key card in the room when we left.
