Holiday Inn Club Vacations Panama City Beach Resort, an IHG Hotel

Honestly I liked everything about it it was a great location I like the fact that there was a McDonald’s across the street haha. but seriously it wasn’t too high up like a really big tall toe hotel so I didn’t feel so scared of heights.. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place

I did like the palm trees but there was one that was in front of our room that was kind of blocking the view a little bit from our balcony so other than that. they did have a coffee maker and they had coffee but no filters at but I should’ve bought them from the store :) no biggie I could walk across the street to McDonald’s and get coffee each morning.

The view from the room was fantastic! The fire pits and picnic tables outside were a bonus.

We’ll the weather was not ideal. When it’s thunderstorms and rain, it’s hard to walk on the beach and enjoy the spa/pool. The drainage around the facility is lacking. Big puddles you have to walk through to get to stairs and rain drainage moderately dripping off the building over the walkway was a little tricky. The condo itself was great. It had everything we needed.

Very clean, nice room big rooms big bathrooms comfortable big beds with everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect to watch sunset at the patio. Right in front of the beach for easy access. Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, shaded chairs. Hotel is not big which is good coz it is not crowded. Very good for family. Staff was nice upon check in. Had a wonderful stay. Will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Private balcony spacious and clean rooms. It was amazing. Plenty of luggage carts and I love that the kitchens were fully stocked with fridge, stove, even silverware.

I wish the staff had placed extra trash bags in the room because we took the trash out on day one and could not replace the bag. We bought bags from Walmart. We emptied the trash but we didn’t know where to store the bags because we didn’t see a dumpster. We left the bag stacked along the wall.

It was a great location on the beach. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again. Not too crowded or loud. Outdoor movies by the pool were an awesome bonus. Great game room as well.

There was a Coke machine. Maybe offer a vending machine for snacks? There wasn’t really much not to like!

We had an ocean view. We got to see the sunrise! The kitchen was fully stocked. The spa bath was incredible. The sofa bed was perfect for our two sons. The laundry unit in the room was a major answer to prayer! The balcony was a nice covered area that offered the views of the beach and resort pool/ spa area. There was two bathrooms so that was a plus for a household of 5! The location was awesome and central to eateries. The places we ate were phenomenal! I highly recommend another broken egg cafe. Great homemade biscuits and sausage gravy. Potatoes were delicious too! For dinner we had bayou on the beach and the friend chicken oysters fish of the day shrimp and cole slaw was perfect! They have great sweet tea. Their customer service was grade A. They have karaoke as you dine too. You don't have to wear masks either! Best place we've stayed in thusfar

I loved absolutely everything!

The location directly on the beach is amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lots to do for the kids - activity room, pool, movie night, and fire pit access so we were able to make s'mores with the kids.

The rooms are not upgraded for the amount per night you pay to stay other than that it was a nice room. Restroom and kitchen outdated.

Loved the entire 3rd floor unit. The hotel is so close to the beach, no streets to cross.. A quiet.area. Clean beach, clear water. The staff were all friendly.

The pillows were not that comfortable.

I loved the complete Staff from house keeping, to the front desk clerks. They was very helpful and kind in dealing with the customer

Completely Satisfied

The hotel was in a great location right on the beach. Very spacious rooms with everything to make you feel at home. Loved the decor, the view and the bed was very comfortable

Housekeeping is not offered so we had to wash and reuse the towels. The jacuzzi tub was also filthy but we didn’t use it anyway because we just took showers.
