This was such a perfect place. We had a cool, clean condo when we arrived. The bathrooms were spotless and the water for the shower was perfect!! The complex was amazing with so much for the girls to do and the best part....walking distance to the beach. I couldn't have picked a better place. PERFECT!!
The only complaint is we didn't have directions on where to put the trash. Everything else was very easy to use.

The property was nice. Our condo 77C was perfect for us and our children.It was not overpopulated. The 4 pools where great! The hot Tub we enoyed!
The reservations does not say anything about having to pay for armbands $20 per person to swim and &25 for parking. The dryer was broken but they fixed it after i called them. The night time security that worked at night was a rude jerk to people. He kicked us out of the pool at 8:15 when the signs raid pools until 11. So i complained to the local people. She askdd me

That is was close to the beach and pet friendly !
That you had to pay 390 for 1 night but still pay for the armbands !!! No matter if it was only 5.00 when you got 5-6 people that adds up after paying that much for a room with a pool then gotta pay to get in pool ..

I liked that it wasn’t too far from the beach or the pier facilities. It could be a bit closer and didn’t have cleaning room service. (Had to clean, pack & unpack ourselves.) but overall, it was pretty good, nice & clean when we came sun & had the products that we needed. Was a bit smaller than expected in photos, but it had a nice touch and a cute little beach charm to it. Front desk was nice + security guard at check in/ finding our stay. & easy check in & checkout. Porch view was lovely! & front desk not price-strict.
It could have been a bit closer in location to some things, and some more rooms for beds. (A bed-sofa, or a door to close the side bed.) but it was nice & lovely, great price! Parking passes could have been a one-time fee, as well as wristbands, but made a great 3-day stay. Was weekend long mid-week. Kind of had to do everything ourselves. Yet it was a vacation home, so kind of expected.
