Breakfast was great, except the sausage, I don't know kind it was but it was spongy and tasted horrible, other than that the breakfast was hot and fresh

Some of the staff were rude, asking for towels was like asking for a miracle, got eyes rolled at us and moved slowly, not all staff just certain ones, but we ran into a man on the elevator who asked us how our stay has been, we told him about the towel situation and he immediately got us plenty of towels and wash clothes. Sink in room stayed clogged up, I went to let them know, they brought a plunger and said they would have to come back in morning to fix it, but they never showed up, I consider these minor things and we enjoyed our visit

the staff who check me in was very friendly but when I had issues with booking and my Klarna they didn’t know how to handle virtual card and ruin my beginning of the trip. I don’t know if miscommunication between booking and hotel but they had me doing the run around , very upset by not giving me the help and answers I needed. they charged my card full price before asking me or telling me they were having problems with the virtual card. End of the story I was just tired of being upset with them I didn’t say anything not even the manager was able to help and when I checked out the morning clerk was able to tell me they were going to give me my money back and they put a hold on your card when have issues with 3 parties .

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the beach, Pier Park and the dog park.

One morning during breakfast they were painting the lobby and the lift they were driving beeped every time it started and stopped. It was just unsettling eating and hearing the beeping. Later the fire alarm was being tested, either later in the morning or just after lunch, and went off at least 5 separate times. We weren't made aware of any of the inconveniences any time during check in or during our stay and we were there for a week. Some rooms were being renovated, however our room was in need of updating and paint touch up.

We were on the 4th floor above the entrance and we could see the ocean. The king size bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. The hotel was rather quiet even though it was mostly full.

We had an issue right away with our refrigerator not working. As soon as we let the front desk know, it was immediately checked and ended up being replaced. We did have to ask for the linens and blanket for the sofa bed and for extra towels. We only had 2 sets to begin with. Promptly it was taken care of.

Everything was OK except the online agent told me the hotel is a beach front property upon getting there it was not, another thing the checking time is Louise when we get to the hotel we were told we are to early and could not check in we will have to come back in 5 hours because checking starts at 4pm this was very stressful because we been driving all through the night and just needed to reset due to us being on a road trip you'll should accommodate people no matter the time they arrive

The location and price are very good. They have started cooking Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!

I had to checkout a day early because a hurricane is heading towards Florida and needed to get home to get things ready in case(Glad I did as I live in Tampa/Clearwater area) Any way, I asked for refund for the reason of Hurricane coming and was told management said they won't refund the night. Don't wish Karma on anyone in Panama City Beach but if management sees first hand what hurricanes do.....maybe they will reconsider their no refunds due to Hurricane Policy.

The property was very clean. You could tell that the staff took time to clean each room.

The breakfast wasn’t what I expected. The sausage was pale looking. I don’t think it was completely done. They need more of a variety. I’m in food service and if that was my property, I would’ve made sure I had something for all types of guest. You to think about some guests have specific diets. Accommodation is the KEY!!

Uoon arrival, facial towels weren’t washed and available but stopped by the next morning to check and they were ready. Next day, the large dry off towels weren’t available then got them the next day. The bathtub had a dirty ring around the bottom. I cleaned the tub out upon arrival since I travel with Lysol bath cleaners. I woke up Friday (4-22-22) morning and say a police officer just standing at the end of the hall. I asked was this normal procedure and was only told that it wasn’t. I was concerned about racial profile since several African Americans were staying at the hotel for the Sea Breeze jazz festival this weekend. is there a police officer standing aft the end Id the hall for biker or any other week? 🤔

I loved the location. It was close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants. The room was pretty spacious as well. I got the executive suite with a king bed and sofa couch. I loved that they had free parking as well and complimentary breakfast and a pool. It was decent for the price.

The staff specifically front desk was not so friendly. Very nonchalant and was not a people person.

Great location, amenities, cleanliness, and overall comfortability was amazing.

When I brought up that only one keycard to our room was programmed, one of the cashiers was very rude and unhelpful. Had a terrible attitude and seemed like I was inconveniencing her for doing her job.
