Holiday Inn Express Venice, an IHG Hotel

This property has the friendliest staff. We stayed for a week and were greeted with friendly smiles and requests from all staff members about whether we needed anything on a daily basis during our stay. Especially Richard who worked the front desk and the lovely woman who's name I didn't get who made breakfast and made sure the dining area was meticulously clean. We were also appreciative that all staff members wore masks.

The room was good overall. Furniture and bathroom were a bit worn, but all was clean. I do recommend that they update the lighting in the room. It was difficult to read in the room because there just wasn't enough light.

I went to visit a friend so the location was perfect. The property was well illuminated and the lobby clean and neat. The room was clean and comfortable.

Bedding was clean, but found a pillow with a blood-like stain after I stripped the linen. Housekeeper should ensure that all bedding layers are clean and stain-free.

The breakfast was great! Very clean and the food was excellent with a nice variety. Maria, who was in charge of the breakfast area was fantastic!! Tables and food area were so clean and the hot food was perfect and always fresh. The beds were very comfy also.

Only a minor problem of the elevator not working the last day we were there and we had to use the steps to carry our things to load up for our trip home.

Convenient location, comfortable, pet-friendly.

The room I got this time had some lighting and plumbing issues, plus I had reserved a king room but didn’t get one. TV channels are disappointing (why so many sports channels but no Comedy Central?).

i didnt like that the beds are not made daily and rooms are not cleaned. had to go ask to refill toilet paper

Good location. Very clean and staff was very nice. Loved the bathroom walk-in shower and lighting, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. We will stay there again, next trip

The room was clean, bathroom was great, it had a large shower, beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and anyone on the staff was friendly and courteous.

There was really nothing we didn’t like.

The biscuits, cinnamon rolls, eggs and oatmeal were very good they had every topping for the oatmeal. The juice was in containers and not the juice fountain ☹️ The beds were comfortable and the pillows were super.. they had a firmer and a softer one.

Had the pancakes available and need to have white gravy for biscuits.

It’s easy to find and the beds are comfortable. Plus they allow dogs! The staff are very nice.

The elevator is sooooo slooooooww!
