That the no direct access to beach was sent on an email after I book hotel. It should be on web

I liked the location near the beach and other activities , and the room was nice. And a surprising very welcome aspect was that the hotel did not use perfum-y cleaning products that stay with clothes afterwards & as a result felt natural and healthier than some hotels (including Hamptons) that we stay in .

The stairs could use new carpet and it was a more expensive though I realize it’s near the beach and that may be a factor in both

Breakfast was good. Staff members were great. Breakfast staff member asked how was breakfast and asked if she could get us anything.

1. Stronger water pressure in sink. 2. Have microwave in room. 3. Fix access to beach. 4. Have more fruit for breakfast for example: (cantaloupe, honeydew, melon, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon). 5. Dislike pet free hotel.

Right on the beach. Balcony overlooking beachside was lovely. Pool area clean and pretty spacious. Staff, especially those helping at breakfast, were excellent and friendly. Breakfast varied each morning, and was tasty. Within easy commute to attractions and many restaurants!

We had a connecting door to the next room, and one night the neighbors were noisy.

Beautiful hotel, perfect place, very clean and everything very good... The only bad thing was "the pool" for 3 days nobody clean the pool if not me and others few dad's. They should have to improve with that.

All of staff VERY friendly and accommodating! Vanessa at the front desk, way above and beyond! She's a rare find! The location on the beach perfect! ⛱️ Looks like they are updating, very nice. Rooms and every area clean and comfortable. And right across the street from the most popular restaurant on the Beach-Sunset Grill

I was told at booking I was confirmed to an ocean front view but the staff said that was not possible, that the third party "booking.com" was not privy to their accommodations. Huge disappointment since that was what I was going for. Also although the beds were comfortable, they were very squeaky.

The staff was excellent. Close to the beach. Easy to get around. Clean! Fresh towels & trash collection daily.

Very low water pressure in shower. Not all rooms have a microwave. The hot tub broke & they fixed it next day (awesome!) But it's an old hot tub.jets are very low.

Was just a few steps from the beach. And a nice place with honest guest. I left my phone on a bench out behind the pool late one evening and did not realize it was missing till the next morning. Retraced my steps the next morning and it was still on the bench where I left it. I did a happy dance when I found the phone!@!

There is nothing to complain about. Unless its the drive thru Jacksonville!!!

Staff was very friendly. located right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and always well stocked. Beach was clean and not crowded.

The pool area could have been cleaner. There were ticks in the pool and dead frogs floating in the hot tub. Only 2 elevators and they were small and slow. Towels are small and rough.
