Beach access

The price was more than I was quoted online. Once I arrived I was told that the price did not include resort fees which I was unaware of?! If that was the case then it should have been outlined better in the online booking site. Of course, I paid it and that was it!

Just about everything! The delivered breakfast is great, love the architecture, the people are SO friendly, the pool is grand, the beach is wonderful, Publix is right up the street, downtown is 10 minutes away, and the room was amazing (for the most part). Bonus points for the pool and the beautiful decor - it's clear someone who loves this place took their time putting it together. I've come here four times now and will likely come again in the future. My wife has started calling this "home".

One small thing - we booked the townhouse suite. This is our third time doing that. This time it was half the size of the ones we stayed in before. It had a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. Not a huge deal, but less than we expected. We'd still take the room over most of the places we've stayed at the beach. Only reason it made a difference is our (Grown) kids were staying at the facility on our recommendation and when they came to visit there was a lot less room than expected. If you're going to book the townhouse, check which one you're getting carefully.

Loved the easy access to the beach, the pool was great & access to use the local YMCA gym was great! Loved the queen double beds and cable tv for the kids.

I was not a fan of the pillows in the room. I also did not like not having a dead bolt lock on the main door. We did lock the top lock but by simply pulling on the handle inside the lock would unlock and my 2 year old son got out multiple times. I also was not a fan of the delivered breakfast as their were no good options to choose from, especially for kids. When booking it stated breakfast included, but did not specify it would be delivered or have a short list of options.

Breakfast was good. The coffee maker in room made pretty good coffee. There was a microwave and small frig in the room which I both used. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Nice heated pool.

The facility was very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and is heated/cooled to the perfect temperature at all times. The grounds had beautiful landscaping with flowers and plants that only added to the beauty of the beach. The breakfast was delicious and having it brought to your door in the morning was a plus! The staff was very friendly and inviting and they made sure to tell you anything you need to know about the area. I would definitely stay there again. We loved it!

Clean, comfortable, grounds beautiful. About a 15 minute ride by Uber to downtown depending on traffic.

Everything excellent but the bathtub stopped up around 6pm and we went to dinner, when we came back it was fixed. Also, people driving on the beach. We probably would not stay here again because of that. We just prefer to be on a beach where cars do not cross behind us constantly. That may not bother you. The beach itself was beautiful, flat, clean. A bit crowded due to memorial day weekend.

Grounds were beautiful. felt like we were in Hawaii. pool was great. breakfast was very good and always delivered on time—a phone call was made to alert you it was on its way. the room had everything we needed: two beds, kitchenette, sofa, table & chairs. Patio had lovely view. two minute walk to the beach. We were provided with a very good number of towels. However only one bathmat which was never replaced.

housekeeping wasn’t great. Arrived on Monday. On Tuesday the person who delivered breakfast asked if we wanted room service. we said yes but bed was still unmade when we came back at three. had to ask at desk to get bed made. Finally asked maid on Wednesday how often the bathroom gets cleaned. Her response was that she could clean it if we wanted her to. later The sink and mirror didn’t appear to have been cleaned. On Friday a young man came to clean and he did an excellent job. He swept and washed the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, put in fresh towels and made the bed. We gave him a generous tip because we were so happy with his work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did get a 1st floor room as I requested. We did not have to cross any streets on our walk to the beach. The beach was only a short (2 min.) walk. The proximity to other attractions in the area. The beach was great.

The breakfast menu had very few choices. The breakfast being brought to the room. The room did not have any good views. The bathroom is rather small.

Light shining in the room from putt putt behind the hotel. We had to keep bathroom door closed and put something over the window in the back of room. It was so bright, you could read a book with no lamp turned on! Also, on our second day, woman that brought up breakfast asked us if we wanted housekeeping on that day (Tuesday). We came back to a dirty room, no clean towels and we had to go to front desk and ask for towels and washcloths.
