Hampton Inn St. Augustine-Historic District

Everything was great, from the poupori fragrance in all the halls to the impeccably clean rooms and public areas. The free breakfast was a buffet feast. Eggs, potatoes, oatmeal with all the fixings, to make your own waffles, yogurts, etc etc... Fresh and delicious. The lovely woman keeping it all going was so personable and responsive to any request. The whole staff was very friendly and wanting to please you whatever your needs. All in all a great value! Will definitely stay here next visit.

The room was ample and clean. The beds were comfortable. The parking lot was close to the building and with good access for our needs. The people were friendly and made suggestions for places to visit. There were extra pillows and blankets

You have to wake up early to get a good breakfast, or you get the scraps. I missed a whole-body mirror. We could hear the train. It was not too much that we could not sleep, but if you are sensitive to sound, you can hear the traffic and the train noise.

We came from a disgustingly filthy motel - so we were overjoyed at the cleanliness of this Hampton Inn. The location was wonderful - we walked to the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth. Could've walked downtown, too, but not with two kids. Easy access to the building. Quiet. Overall - our stay was perfect.

Parking was the only negative.

Air conditioner kept going on and off all night. Room had damp smell. Faucet in tub is very loose. Room #218

Location is the strongest asset of this HI. Staff is great (some of them need to smile more) The accommodations are excellent, albeit it shows the age of the building. The TV setup is cumbersome.

The staff was always friendly and smiling. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great if you got their early.

I had an issue with my reservation and since I booked third party, only a manager could help. I had a hard time rounding up a manager when I was at the hotel. They come in later than the average tourist would already be out enjoying St. Augustine. With that being said, management was very helpful when we finally touched base!

Loved the breakfast but there was very little left in the hot meal. Speaking with the hostess around 9:20 am she said there was no more eggs or bacon. I spoke with the front desk they were very helpful. Meraculously eggs and bacon appeared after a little while. These items were very good and I appreciate having g the opportunity to eat them! Thank you.

Everything was good except the room is a bit small. I had trouble bringing in the bell hop cart in to unload our suitcases as the space in the room was tight.

Breakfast included in price with waffles, eggs/omelettes, bacon, muffins, bagels; hot shower with good pressure; close to attractions and beach. Friendly staff.

Beds a little on the hard side. The convenient side door which was supposed to be accessible with the room key did not open from the outside; had to go through the main doors every time.

Room was clean and everything worked as expected. The breakfast was good and generally kept stocked. Overall the facilities were very well maintained.

Breakfast seating was limited at times. Not too many options on the TV channels; but, I wasn't there to watch TV.

i love all specially the front desk lady i forgot her name i think Sache she have a great skills of customer service and knowledge make you feel home we were very happy the whole family
