Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport

The staff were excellent!!! Everyone was genuinely good spirited people. The shuttle bus drivers, the front desk, the ladies and gents in the bar and restaurant area, housekeeping, security and the manager were so awesome!! Everyone literally went out of their way to accommodate you!!! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s not close to restaurants, but restaurants aren’t far to drive to from there. Plus there is onsite food that can be ordered or you can DoorDash something. Breakfast was good. Not like it used to be pre-Covid era, but still lots of good options and choices. Also; the dining area is large, so it’s not hard finding seating. Again, excellent people! Excellent choice!!

Room furniture needs updating, but comfortable. Tubs need to be re-glazed.

Loved the location, The room size and amenities, Breakfast and evening reception. The staff was on point, very nice and presentable. Very attentive to the needs of the guest. The fitness room was spacious and clean.

The things I dislike were: the telephone did not work, there was no dial tone. The pool had stuff floating in it, that didn’t look healthy. There was a towel on the bottom floor of the pool as well. The breakfast was awesome, but the kitchen staff need to stir the oatmeal and grits often so they can be warm at all times. The outdoor pool wasn’t workable. The the money that was paid, I didn’t get a chance to enjoy what wanted to do , swim. I really feel that the guest shouldn’t have to pay for parking, that is a wrench in people’s stay because you’re in and out the gate and the process is confusing.

I stayed here a long time back when They had pool tables. I have seen before and after renovations. The facility looks much better after the renovations. Lobby/lower level, bar very nice. Housekeeping very good. Connie at the front desk needs to be the manager. She is the reason we stayed.

Had problems with room heating, did not operate properly. Curtains in the room did not open and close properly. Overall maintenance not up to par. Bar not open until late. Bartenders not friendly. Management unsympathetic until pressed. Pool closed most of stay. Pool not open. No extra services offered. YOU CAN NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE HOTEL…CRAZY!

The property was really nice and there was a great breakfast and happy hour. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms could be a tad bit cleaner. I imagine that being a really family friendly hotel, there will be things that aren’t immaculate; however, the carpet could use some cleaning in the rooms and walls could use some wiping. Other than that, great stay, great staff!

Everything was great... Only the Breakfast staff is rude and it supposed to be all you can eat buffet they don't really wanna feed you.. Ask for more bacon they act if its they're own...poor breakfast

finally a Hotel that offers breakfast without plastic and disposable tableware..that is really rare in the US..WELL DONE! Despite the fact it was near to the Hyw and airport, you didn‘t hear the noise in the room. Happy hour is great, nice food in the hotel. The whole team was very friendly as and the shuttel to the airport very convinient and well organized.

Because I had a premium room, I appreciated the fact that complimentary snacks were provided. I also liked the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, particularly because there were two large groups also staying at the hotel, which I'm sure was very taxing.

We didn't have coffee cups in the room nor were there enough towels. Though, I attribute the lack of available towels to the demands possibly made by the large groups that were also there.

Charm checked us in. She was friendly. We had an issue and Charm took care of it without any questions asked. Connie was great. She gave us a sense of hospitality. She also took the initiative to makeup for us having to move to another room. She realized how hard that was with five kids. The bar tender (Thanksgiving night) was awesome. He was respectful and friendly. The kitchen staff was friendly. I admire the cook for being professional under pressure and her food was good.

I did not like that I had to move rooms after finding roaches in my previous room.

I was and are always satisfied with how clean the rooms are. The sleep was comfortable and the staff were very nice.

I didn't like the fact that a lot of things changed as far as paper plates for breakfast. Too many children running around wasting things, no one to watch over the food area. With COVID19 going on people's children were touching everything. Tables not cleaned off after people ate. No trays to carry your food on. I don't like the fact that the buffet style has been taken away but the hotel price has increased. If I pay that high a price, I should be able to still get good service. Families are struggling too due to the pandemic but you raise prices drastically as if nothing has happened and on top of that, you take away some of the advantages of choosing Embassy Suites verses other hotels.

The location was good and the breakfast was good. It was not like the other Embassy I have stayed in. The selection was not that great. It needs more of a variety. And Guest should be able to serve them selves on the buffet end. The Hotel was excellent but the breakfast portion was ok not great.

There could be more variety and self serve on the buffet. There was no juice and I am not a coffee or soda person for breakfast.
