Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

This place is close to the airport with free shuttle service. Great if your flight is cancelled and you need a place to stay. My room wasn't ready yet but the front desk said I could hang out in the lobby and order food delivery. The lobby has several comfortable areas to sit, hang out, eat and charge your electronics. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Every worker I passed in the hallway said Hello.

I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

I loved the sliding door which led right out to my car. Room was peaceful and quiet.

The hotel alarm clock went off at 6am! We hadn’t touched it so it must’ve been set by either the previous occupant or housekeeper accidentally.

IT WAS OK AS FAR AS THE ROOM AND THE CLEANESS WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS THE FACT THAT U PAY ALL OF THAT MONEY AND YOU DON'T GET NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST NOT EVEN A CUP OF COFFEE AND I THINK THAT IS SO RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING MY MOTHER IS A RETIRED HOUSEKEEPER FROM THE NEW ORLEANS MARRIOTT I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THAT PART OF THE 5 STAR HOTEL

There was no COMPLEMENTARY breakfast to honor the guest and the fact that we had to pay $10 a day to park per car and we was traveling as a family from hurricane Ida

Canceled flight just a place to sleep

Reservation process was laborious and frustrating. That is your central booking your agent has a script to follow before even confirming my reservation which failed twice before getting a room i the same hotel. Three times had to go through the same. Questions like credit card info. Billing address etc And this was at midnight during a trying situation with 100s of people waiting bin line for Delta customer service

Location and Room was great.

I finished with my rehearsal early than originally planned and I had to sit in parking lot from 1:15pm until almost 2:50. I tried to explain to manager that I had driven from Savannah to Atlanta for my radio commercial drops. I explained I had been up since 3:30 am and was very tired. It's like my situation didn't matter. She showed no empathy to my situation. She just kept saying it was nothing she could do until after 3pm😞😞

The room was super clean! 10/10! Safety was big. You had to use your room key to enter/exit the property. Staff was very pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze with no issues.

You honestly get what you pay for, but for an overnight stay, the price could’ve been much cheaper.

Everything was great. We got in at 330am and were greeted by a friendly staff member. He was super nice and helpful. Any questions we had throughout our stay were quickly answered. The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping cleaned it each day brought towels when we needed extra. It was great.

The outdoor patios/balcony was the absolute best part of the hotel. It is very rare nowadays and makes this hotel a step above the rest.

You should have free parking up to 3 nights. If a car is left while flying on a trip, offer paid parking.

Convenient location for airport, good shuttle service, pleasant and quiet room, friendly staff, decent breakfast

A little expensive but more reasonable than many alternatives

While only thing was they didn’t have breakfast and I understood due to COVID but other then that I love that hotel because when I stayed in Texas that was the some hotel and the customer service was excellent so I will be going back
