Fairfield Inn and Suites Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

The staff was excellent. Kim and Mimi were the perfect hosts. They made us feel at home. They room and the staff were top notch and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. They offered so much more than one would expect. You truly had options to select from. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. I would definitely stay at this location again as well as recommend this location especially if you would like a staff that cares. Thank you Kim and Mimi for truly caring about our stay and remembering who we were each time you saw us. That made us feel like you truly cared. Keep up the great work and many blessings to you and your establishment.

I have no complaints

I love the price it was very affordable. As well as the free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the building was not noisy at all. Room service and the staff were friendly. Our entire trip was comfortable.

I loved everything except for the location. It was very beneficial to be by the airport but a bit far from some attractions or things to do. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The atmosphere of the hotel was good.. Nice ladies that prepares the morning breakfast was my fav ppl during my stay.. Food was fresh and hot daily.. Hard workers and clean areas.. Front desk staff was good upon check in.. Great location close to the airport, only 2miles away...

I requested 3times for housekeeping services.. the young that didn't have my room serviced it for me... the shift was almost over when my room got cleaned.....signed A hotel manager from LV,NV

Shuttle from and to the airport was well scheduled and convenient. The breakfast was well stocked with many choices. When we had to leave before breakfast on the way home to catch an early plane there was a breakfast pickup available. The staff quickly answered our request for a crib for our granddaughter. They hotel was able to honor the request from our TURO car rental provider for short-term parking when he had a family emergency.

The shuttle bus was easy to find and only took 7-10 minutes. Easy and professional checkin. First impressions were 'nicer than i expected'. comfortable bedsm large room. The staff were amazing. We had flown in late from Australia and we were hungry. They helped us order some food to be delivered. Very clean. gym equipment clean and in good working order. Nice breakfast with lots of options,

The location, breakfast, cleaness of the rooms.

The fitness center had 4 machines and two of them don't work. The lobby bathroom wasn't always clean. There's a ticket that gives you the option for laundry and drycleaners. I found out there's no laundry after giving it to the cleaning staff.

Breakfast was great with many choices that included grits and oatmeal.

$12 unexpected parking fee. Full sized beds instead of queen sized led to a night of uncomfortable sleeping for 4 people. Treadmill screens were missing in exercise room, though not a dealbreaker. However, the temperature showed 68 degrees but felt much warmer.

That staff was awesome!

The room was clean, but it had a old moldy smell.

Close to the airport

Our room was extremely noisy. Right by the elevator and ice machine. Unbearable.

Actually, everything was great. Stuff, big spacious room, cleaned every day. Shuttle bus every 30 minutes if you want to go to the airport...

Internet speed could be better, but worked all the time, without interruptions, so it's not a minus.
