My family loved the facility. it was super clean, staff was nice and I really appreciated the fact that you can’t use the elevator unless you had a key card, that was extra security to me.

The only thing that I had a complaint about was the bed. The bed seemed to be a little smaller than a queen bed, and it wasn’t comfortable. For such a nice hotel, I thought they would have been better. This hotel is right behind the mall, so if they are hosting festivals, be prepared to be woken up before the alarm.

The best experience was speaking with one of your Housekeeping personnel (SHEY). She took the time to offer advice on traveling to downtown Atlanta, AND events to see at the Georgia Aquarium. She was patient, and gracious, in talking about your hotel and things to do there and in Atlanta. Do you appreciate her as a representative of your facility? You should. Breakfast was great ! The room was good. a bit smaller than expected. But, OK.

The folks at the desk when we checked-in were very nice. They should've told us "how" to use our room key (card) on the elevator to reach the 4th floor. Thankfully, a person in Housekeeping showed us.

The location was great. Many food choices. The breakfast was definitely satisfying. Cleanliness was NOT an issue. My kids enjoyed the pool. I will recommend to everyone and will definitely choose TRU again.

I traveled with my family and I think there should’ve been a microwave in the room. Also on our first night when we got to the pool at 8pm an employee told us he was about to lock the gate so the pool was closed despite the front desk telling me it was open until 10pm. We complied but I did enquire again. And indeed it was 10pm. There was no weather issue so I really don’t know the reason behind the early closure.

Really enjoyed our stay, my wife and I wish we could have stayed longer. Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked what floor (1, 2, or 3) would we prefer...this was surprising to us because we never been asked this at a hotel. Breakfast was great with many options and the breakfast attendants (Ms. Lue and Ms. Vita) were very nice and hardworking. We loved the pancake machine. The lounge area was nice with a pool table. Great location...17 minutes from the Braves stadium, near many restaurants, the mall is in walking distance and more. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Just no microwave in the room and be careful of the wooden bed frames because they stick out out too far when walking around the beds. Other than that no complaints.

The property is very nice. The pool area is lovely. There are two grills next to the pool area and a baseball team staying at the hotel was making a meal, which was a great idea. The rooms are spacious and clean. For awareness, it is a combined True and Home2Suites, so everything is shared (breakfast, pool, grills, parking lot,check-in location).

The rooms were spacious and could have accommodated a comfortable chair or loveseat or couch, but a desk chair and uncomfortable bench were the only furniture pieces, aside from the bed. There was no microwave. They only put three pillows on the bed instead of the standard four.

My stay was great from start to finish. The front deskman was so nice and polite; he answered all of my questions and concerns. The rooms were modern and clean. Lastly, the breakfast the next morning was so good. Also the kitchen staff were very nice and helpful when they saw me struggling with my little one.

The parking was very slim but you get that with many hotels, it is not a deal breaker.

Very clean, updated rooms. The beds were comfortable, sheets soft and clean and we loved all the options for free streaming services on the TV. Bathrooms had soap and lotion and shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. AC worked well.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Old, crunchy turkey sausage, boring cereal choices, cheese omelettes with flavorless, hard cheese. Muffins and bagels were the best part. Coffee was old and cold.

The whole place was really clean and smelled so good...with a subtle hint of herbs or something. I'm sensitive to smells but this was a nice scent without being too strong. It's decorated very modern and simple but sleek and cute! We were just there to stop overnight on our trip home. The price was reasonable and included breakfast which she said was a hot breakfast. We picked the place for the breakfast too but ended up choosing to sleep in more to be rested for our drive. The girl at the front desk ( I didn't get her name) was very friendly with a bubbly personality. That was very welcoming after driving all day!

One thing I liked was checkout was at noon so we wouldn't have to rush out of there had we wanted to sleep longer. But we wanted on the road by 10. Housekeeping was knocking on doors yelling "housekeeping!", til they found one they could get in and clean. I know this is norm, but had we still been sleeping, I would've been mad to get woken up. We had the DND sign on our door so they didn't knock on ours, but we could hear them all down the hall. We usually bring a fan to sleep with to drown out noise but it was just for one night and we didn't feel like carrying it in.

The input channels on the TV was not working correctly the first night, so they moved me into an entirely different room just so I was able to use the input channels for my Nintendo Switch. Also the shade over the window in the mornings was a godsend, it was really hot outside but it was keeping the room dim and the temperature cool.

Very minor thing, but the bodywash and shampoo dispensers in the shower were a little low. I was having to squeeze pretty hard to get enough out.

It was very clean, comfortable, and the area had lots of restaurants nearby. We also liked the breakfast!

Encountered a less than kind staff member at the time of our stay, but it didn’t ruin our experience. The property was a bit hard to find the first time, because it is combined with another hotel chain and tucked around a corner. Could’ve been our tired minds though!
