Clean room with Exceptional space made for a comfortable stay

Breakfast didn't have much taste

I liked the cleanliness and the customer service. Specifically from “Dimitry” & another African American lady…whose name, I don’t remember.

I didn’t like the fact that the rooms air conditioner seemed a little louder than expected and older than expected. I also would say the showers were clean. However, the bottom of the tub was still showing deeper stains from over the years.

The parking and the parking lot. It wasn’t any parking spaces available we had to park at the hotel next door and noise coming from the courtyard and on the hall floor was loud and we couldn’t get any clean towels the next morning we had to use the same ones till Saturday late night. But I kinda understand the situation and why it was kinda like it was with all the events going on around the city. So overall it was a good stay but the price is kinda high

The location was perfect for our plans to visit family.

The pool water filtration seemed lacking or overburdened due to the volume of users. We will skip the pool next time.

Love how clean this hotel was. Also staff was very friendly. Have a pool and outdoor furniture to lounge separately from the pool area. My door was right next to the exit which was perfect for getting to my car or going out for a smoke.

The food served in the a.m could use a bit more seasoning. But was a big help in the a.m feeding the little ones so I’m grateful for that 🙏🏽

Shannon, the front desk clerk who checked me in, was friendly, empathetic and went out of her way to help me with a reservation problem I had. The takeout out breakfast in clear plastic containers the next morning was an excellent alternative (during COVID-19) to a dine in service. Nice kitchen area with full size refrigerator in the room.

I travel a lot, but this was the first time I couldn't get connected to the WiFi in the room. I followed the instructions several times, but they didn't work. There was a 1-877 number to call for help, but I couldn't make a phone call since my phone wouldn't work in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to make a call. Was only there one night, so I dealt with it.

The location was great. Pool was open--FREEZING but my daughter enjoyed it for the fee moments we could play

I know with COVID the housekeeping is being kept at a bare minimum but I never once had someone show up, even though I requested. Luckily I'm a pretty clean person (even traveling with a toddler) and I was able to restock towels or whatnot when I would catch them in the hall.

Room forever a way from elevator, parking lot had kids skulking around by dumpster and felt unsafe. Police were arriving as we went in

The room was spacious clean the beds slept wonderful i really enjoyed my stay for my daughter bday . Staff was nice and friendly Definitely will book here again.

The breakfast could have been better but since its covid plays a part in that I understand. Wish pool hours could have been to at least 10pm

The location was convenient for visiting family. The breakfast was good enough for a vegan/vegetarian.
