Convenient area. Lots of parking nice lobby and plenty of snacks available to purchase. Nice they had a bar. Liked the soaps,shampoo. TV was nice and large and central in the room. Liked the blinds on the window, light in day, privacy, dark at night. Kitchen facilities were nice. Liked ease of walk in shower. Enjoyed coffee and tea 24-7 in lobby. And cream! That's a bonus! Breakfast was good, nice variety. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend your hotel and would stay here again!

Great location and I appreciate the extra safety feature having to use your key card to activate the elevator. Also the bed was amazingly comfortable, especially considering I just drove for eleven straight hours AND I have a bad back! Also they’re pet friendly and my little four pound poodle travel companion was with me! Did I mention the awesome tasting coffee yet??? I actually grabbed a cup to go and took a drink as I was leaving and quickly circled the parking lot and grabbed another!

Location was perfect! Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

Had to ask for housekeeping which wasn’t a problem but they only provided us with 4 towels and 2 rolls of TP for a 5 night stay. Bathroom didn’t have a fan so mirrors fogged up. Breakfast was decent but they shut it down early while still getting food.

They are extremely clean and we felt very comfortable and safe there esp due to the covid-19 they took every precaution and it exceeded our expectations. Only 4 per elevator. Extremely clean smelled clean and breakfast was boxed with a bagel 2 hard boiled eggs, juice, yogurt, and granola bar...room had full fridge microwave, dishwasher, King bed very comfy and pullout queen sofa bed. One side is Pet friendly and other isn't. Will definitely be visiting again.well worth the money and reasonable considering this was an emergency stay due to hurricane zeta causing power outage at our home and they accommodated our family well..masks are worn when in the hallway and throughout hotel except in your room/suite. One thing. Pillows very very soft so had to get several more pillows and room was cleaned with Lysol and smelled extremely fresh and clean. No musty odors like other hotels...loved it and will be staying again..went in exercise room and pool was closed for season but overall was great.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful! I also liked how clean the facility was, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, everything looked very modern. I loved that instead of having wasteful travel sized bottles of shampoo, and conditioner and soap, they have the bottles attached to the wall for you to use. I didnt need these, as I had my own but I thought it was a great concept to have and be more earth friendly! I also liked the stepping into the shower door and having a glass door than the nasty curtains that hang there. Made me feel like it was a cleaner environment for sure!

Being awakened by housekeeping at 10am. We didn't arrive until 1am after traveling from Indiana and we knew the check out was at noon. Had an alarm set to get up in time, but HK arrived and knocked on our door waking everyone up at 10am. I thought it was odd that they would show up before check out time.

The space, decor, warmth, privacy and cleanliness. I felt safe.

There was confusion from the General Manager. She had a need to go out of her way to approach me and my guest on a matter that was completely outside the scope of Business or appropriateness.

Nothing, my stay was perfect. When I travel out of town I will look for this hotel brand to stay at. My favorite/top hotel ive ever stayed in.

kinda pricey but worth it no lotion or conditioner in the room ( I had to ask the front desk and they were happy to give it …just an inconvenience)

Car show - would have been nice to be warned. It was awful we got no sleep Fyi all dishes were in dish washer when we checked in- they were clean but who would have known? Also a glass was broken which I gave to a housekeeper.

Very nice hotel in a great location! Room was very nice and comfortable. We only needed two night for a wedding in town, but the set up in the room w kitchen and desk area would make it a great place to stay longer if needed. Staff was very friendly when we checked in and as we came and went.

Only had one set of towels. Two sets are always a must for two people let alone if we actually had two more people staying w us. I did ask the housekeepers for a set when I happened to see them in our hallway. They did give us another set.
