SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw

Very clean and quiet. The staff was fabulous. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Wifi was super easy to connect to. Breakfast options were decent. The luggage carts were very easy to maneuver.

No fan in bathroom. The "store" for convenience items had nothing marked and had to be charged either to your room or at the desk (no cash accepted). Only 1 attendant covering desk and had to wait for service. No bell to alert them that we were there.

My husband and I will not stay in another hotel when we go to Kennesaw. The staff is excellent from the front desk to the housekeeping. Everyone is very polite and welcoming and greets you with a smile and a hello. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. OMG, the beds are hard to get out of. I wanted to just lay in bed all day and watch tv, and it was because of that very reason, we missed breakfast every morning. Another plus for my husband and me is the hotel is directly across the street from Kennesaw State University. It only took us about 2 minutes to get from the parking lot of the hotel to the front of our daughter's dorm. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

I really have not complaints, but maybe breakfast runs a little later. And I honestly can't say that is a complaint, but more like my laziness.

I would have liked to have known ahead of time that the property was getting a new roof at the time of our stay.

Breakfast was ok. Could have had more options. Room was clean and very comfortable. Pillows could have been more firm.

Price. Although this hotel is very nice, to pay over $200 for a room is unacceptable.

I would first like to say I LOVED the staff. The lady at the front was so much help to us. The room was lovely and nice sized for me and my family! We went for breakfast early morning and the staff was just all around great , I definitely recommend to anyone !

the fact that I paid for room through booking and the staff tried to double charge the entire fee for the room because it wouldn’t let her charge me the incidental fee so she swiped my card 6 times luckily I was in another state and the bank blocked it all 6 times.

We booked weekday, so no breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean ( which is a great plus!). No snack bar available, which wasn’t the biggest of deals, but would have been a plus.

As mentioned above, snack bar availability would have been nice.

Pull out trundle bed mattress was not comfortable for a normal sized young man. Felt the springs through the mattress

I literally loved staying at this hotel. I'm a resident in Ga and just wanted alittle me time and their suite definitely did not disappoint. The location is in a great area, great vibe, great food. Definitely will be returning!!

Great Location, great price, Quiet, Clean property and nice spacious room with newer furnishings!

Breakfast was unacceptable! Bad coffee, such limited choices! I've stayed at other Springhill Suites lately and they had a choice hot sandwiches, yogurt, granola, muffins and Good coffee!!
