Best Western Plus Kingsland

The lady that checked us in was polite and professional and went above and beyond explaining and showing us where everything was. Cleaning ladies were cleaning the chair rails in the hall. Everything smelled fresh and clean Halls were clean and free from obstructions. Room was well cleaned. Coffee was good and nice selection of coffee creamers (i prefer hazelnut). Great value for the price.

We come for the tourist train. The location is great. We heard that they are moving their station to Kingsland which is closer to you than St. Mary's so we are excited. We normally stay at the Sleep Away but your price beat them this weekend for some reason. Win for you. We brought friends who booked an additional room.

We were especially surprised that there were no usb ports anywhere in the room. We checked our friend's room and they didn't have one either. We only brought cords and no plug so both of our phones were dead in the morning. That's an unsettling feeling. At least get lamps with usb chargers on them or replace an outlet in each room with a usb port.

Great location....Many restaurants in the immediate area.....Staff were all very nice.....They even had a hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs ....biscuits and gravey .....very good coffee among many other choices....I was very pleased and impressed with this.....Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I will certainly return.....

Breakfast was wonderful. Honestly, the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend the breakfast and the yummy cookies in the evening.

I didn't like that you can't shut the curtains all the way to get the room really dark. The wifi didn't work all the best and it was hard to login to it when I was able to get into the wifi.

I loved the breakfasts! The staff was very helpful and extremely nice especially Babs (Barb)did great job cleaning my room! Moreover Rosalind Hines made sure I was taken care of with breakfast etc… we all went out one day to eat n had a great time made me feel like my second home!!!

My stay was made enjoyable and comfortable by Aubrey (I believe that is his name) he was a veteran. It was a pleasant experience both checking in and checking out with him. I would return based on that experience alone.

The edges of the walls could use vacuuming due to dust mites etc. I killed two centipedes upon working through my room door.

Everyone one was so friendly. Checking in was a breeze. The person at the desk gave us a room that was away from the front desk. Quiet hallway. Back door entrance, close to our car. Would love to come back again, to explore the town. My husband and I loved it!! Great choices for breakfast, also.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. By far, one of the best front desk check-ins persons ! I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful, friendly , helpful and made us feel welcome!

Didn’t like hall or room carpets as they where very hard to pull my luggage on. Never had that problem anywhere else

Breakfast was very good and very unexpected. The staff was very friendly and the hotel room served it's purpose, which was mainly sleeping. It was close to our destinations that we visited while staying in the area.

bathroom needs to be updated and air conditioning needs to be cleaned. had musky smell when it was on. The air did work well and kept the room cool though.

#1-Room had a musty smell-wasn't terrible but could smell it when we first opened the door. #2-We knew that checkout was at 11:00AM. Housekeeping came at 10:00 and said they thought we had already checked out.The front desk called at 10:30 to remind us of the 11:00 checkout time.When we checked out at 10:45AM the front desk lady said it showed we had checked out at 5:30AM.
