Days Inn by Wyndham Kingsland GA

Location was within a mile of our family and businesses. It was pet friendly, we have a service dog for husband, retired Deputy. 3 grands came to room to "hang out" so parents could have a nap and they loved the soft beds, the movie "Matilda" kept us entertained since it was 102 degrees.

The pool was being renovated, I specifically asked if the pool was operational before booking and was told it was open. Our a/c leaked into the room but was maintenance responded quickly.

The price and location was good. There was a mix up with the rooms on booking.com and the Days inn.but,Days inn was glad to help.the front desk clerk at check in was helpful.

The Beds one was really hard and the other was way to soft.as my son would say the bed was eating him.and there was never enough towels. We had 4 poeple the 1st night was the only time we had 4 clean towels. And we had to go get the other 2. But after the 1 st day we could not get 4 it was always 3 or 2. They always said they was washing them or drying them that they would bring the others and never did.

The room was decent size. The beds were decently comfortable. Pool was open and clean

There was not enough towels in the room I reserved for our family of 3, when asked if I could have one more so we could bathe I was told they were a in the washer that she would bring us one after it dried. Mind you this was 930 at night and me and my children were past tired from driving 3 hours. The room had been reserved earlier in the day for 3 people but they still did not make sure that there was adequate bath towels for us. And how with a hotel is EVERY TOWEL you have either in a room, dirty, or in the wash?!? Kind of ridiculous and they need to stock up better. What if there would have been 4 of us? We had to use one of our beach towels that luckily we had brought!

The staff was very friendly. When we initially went to our room the refrig/freezer was not working and we went to desk just to let them know and they immediately moved us to another room. Very helpful. Great location.

Breakfast buffet needed better stocking. Otherwise no issues.

The motel was very clean. Staff was nice. Convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Still had a hot waffle. Coffee was good. Needed fruit and larger muffins (had mini muffins).

Very clean and spacious. The shower was great! The TV offered everything and the wifi was excellent. Small breakfast but okay, just essentials: cereal and toast/waffle, juice and coffee.

Nothing, was all great.

Very clean, and close to several restaurants

The only thing I can really complain about, is the pool area. The tables and chairs could use some upkeep. Some were broken. My kids didn’t mind one bit! But it was a little uncomfortable sitting watching them swim

Lovely facility. Room clean and comfortable.. Many restaurants to choose from within short distance. Unable to comment on the free breakfast as we were back on the road well before breakfast was available.

The finally put us in the room we booked.

The ice machine was broken. They put us in a room that had someone in it and wasn’t the one we booked but we got the one we booked.

Our door broke due to a dead battery? They Key reader... it was very late at night and finding staff / waking them up took a while.
