Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham - Kingsland, I-95 & Kings Bay Naval Base Area

The property was close to the location that we were visiting as well as stores and restaurants. The spa was very relaxing. We loved that the shower was back in the corner, so that we could still have access to the bathroom. The amount of space and beds in the suite were perfect for us. The front desk staff was very kind and informative. The breakfast was good.

The pool was smaller than expected. That is not a big deal. The grills did not look welcoming. FYI:The window did not have a screen or protective covering. There room was not thoroughly inspected before check in. There was a whole stick of butter in the fridge and a razor guard in the shower.

The beds were very comfortable and room temperature was pleasant. Bathroom and shower were spacious. The room was very clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There are really no complaints that I could list about my stay or the condition of the room. The only possible suggestion I could make for improvement would be to increase/improve parking. The parking lot was tight, and many of the parking spaces were under trees that left debris on the vehicle while it was parked.

The weekend breakfast hostess was very sweet and helpful. She provided extra care and attention to patrons. We had an a/c issue in our room and the staff quickly accomodated us with a different (equal) room.

Mattress and pillows are too soft for our liking. Hotel entrance signage off highway was difficult to see. Especially at night.

The property was nice It definitely exceeded my expectations.

I didn’t like that, upon arrival, the toilet was stopped up and instead of having the houseman unstop it we were told we had to do it because he was leaving.

We found the room to be very clean, well equipped (kitchen) We also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Beds were comfortable, however we reserved a room with king bed & had 2 queens instead, but not a big deal! Convenient to I 95

Furniture is a bit worn-out...

Great location. Right off the hwy- I 95. Easy access and the staff were very accommodating. Room was large.

The breakfast was very limited with the amount of people to serve. In comparison to other hotels, it could be better

Staff was so kind, Janae at the front desk was amazing. Housekeeping was courteous and helpful!

Elevator broke and I walk with a cane. Our second floor room was a challenge but we didn't want to move.

It was in a good location.

Anytime I have booked a room through booking.com I always put how many people are staying and the price I get is what I pay. The man at the front desk said that isn't the way it works and charges me extra for two people in a room that sleeps 6. We had 6 people.

It was very pleasant for myself a single mom with three kids: rooms were clean, staff was kind, breakfast had warm food.

Short staffed but it was fine.

The room had more amenities than expected and was very comfortable.

There was a smell of weed on the second floor and it carried over into the elevator
