The property was nice. The issue is that I paid $38 dollars more than the actual rate. This is the second time Booking.com, charges me more than the place. The person who did my checking was rude.

Bed looked very clean. Linens were clean.

Shower was clogged and unuseable. It immediately filled up with water. We called to inform them and someone came by quickly to pull out a nasty hair ball. Front desk attendant was absent when we arrived and two other customers were also waiting to check in. This was right at check in time. The one customer had been waiting hours and she had a disability, but in all fairness she was waiting before checkin time. She said she got their more quickly than she expected. Elevator had an odor in it.

The property had been recently renovated, so the phone in the room didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk on my cell to tell them it went on answered the first couple of times, so it was really no way for me to connect downstairs other than my cell phone. The room itself was good with plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. The shower floor itself was quite slippery and we had to put down a towel down to be safe. There also were not enough linens in the room, but they were brought them up immediately when I requested them. When we checked out the front desk person said they had gone through renovation they knew the phones weren’t working in certain rooms and they were getting new linens in that day so I wouldn’t hold that against them. I would think the next time everything will be in much better order. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the morning front desk service was much better than when we checked in the night before. We will definitely stay again on our way back down through Kingsland and I’m sure things will be much more buttoned up, given the completed renovations. Overall great value for the money and a solid 8 out of ten!

the room felt very clean! you can tell that whoever cleaned took their time. they even had a wow card that had the cleaners name and if we were satisfied with the cleanliness we could give the card to the front desk so they would receive a reward. the location was about 15 minutes from saint Mary’s and had lots of restaurant options! the bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. they also had snacks in the room (extra charge) and phone chargers for guest to use!

the bed was very creaky and loud when you moved around too much (if you get what I’m saying)

Breakfast was good and hot, enough for everyone.

The pool needs to be cleaned and monitored, both days there were families using the pool that were not guests. We watched them get into their cars to leave, leaving cigarette butts, candy wrappers and glitter in the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t use it due to not being cleaned, very disappointing.

Everything! Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable & hotel was quiet. Our check-in guy (I think his name was"J") was excellent, very informative & helpful! The guy checking us out was funny as well!

There should be towel racks in the bathroom. If you want people to reuse the towels, we need someplace to hang them! They do not dry well hanging on the hook on the back of the door, & it is difficult for us short people to hang them over the shower curtain rod!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The new owner is a very friendly, helpful and hard-working gentleman. The room was clean and well air-conditioned, with all the amenities. The salt-water pool was delightful, the area is well lit and safe. The pool is open 24x7, the breakfast is served from 4AM (I've never seen a hotel where the breakfast is served that early). The owner also told me that he has been doing a lot of work on the premises and inside, so, I am certain that this place will be even better!

floor in and outside of bathroom was incredibly slippery. my 2 year old fell flat on her face and was only walking. dangerous. had to block that area with a chair so she didn’t do it again. breakfast was minimal and not the best.

The breakfast had a variety of options. The rooms were well cleaned and the bed was super comfortable. We had stayed at other properties on our drive that were more expensive but horrible quality. We were so happy with this hotel. I’m surprised actually that it only cost what it did.

There was only one small elevator for 4 guests at a time. We didn’t have too much of an issue but I could see this causing a small wait if the hotel is busy. Of course there are stairs but not all guests are able to use them.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. I do not know his name, but the man at the front desk when we checked in was extremely helpful, giving us suggestions for where to have dinner. We took his advice and had a fabulous meal @ Angelo's!

I have no suggestions for you, as we did feel that we had a very nice stay. The location was good and very quiet. Your facility is fairly clean & well kept, especially in the lobby. The price was very good.
