Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center

The location was very convenient for my needs. The room, bed, pillows, towels, bath etc were all VERY comfortable. It was also nice that even though they posted a sign that said they would clean the room IF requested, they DID come in and straighten things up a bit each day. I was there for 3 nights. I would come back.

I think like most hotels these days, it felt like only a skeleton crew was on hand. But still they were all very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was not very inviting or designed well, just a lot of covered chaffing dishes, no decoration and very sterile and empty looking. (You know what they say, we also eat with our eyes!) I didn't eat there because it looked boring and unappetizing. Too bad because the food is probably very good.

Breakfast was great, and the price was good given the variety of options available.

The Pub offered good food at a reasonable price, but was so short-staffed that the two women working the evening we dined there were working awfully hard to serve the patrons. The location of the kitchen to the Pub is just way too far to maintain good service. The women should insist on roller skates to assist them in going to and from the kitchen to the restaurant.

I like how every employee was very pleasant, from the front desk, restaurant employees, and housekeeping, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, we will choose Hilton again next time. The decoration was beautiful, including the outdoor on the back, I really enjoyed being able to have my coffee outside looking at all the green areas, The lobby area is very inviting and comfortable.

The microwave should be in a private area away from the lobby or in a closed-in area close to the lobby.

I liked the overall look and comfort of the hotel. It is convenient to many activities. The grounds and porch are lovely. The common areas were very attractive and clean. My room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the small chaise in the room.

The swimming pool was filthy. I did not use it, and that was disappointing after a long day's drive. The furniture in my room needed repair. I was disappointed that I had to pay additional parking fee.

The breakfast was great. And the bed was VERY comfortable!! I also loved the shower! Loved how the water flow was!!

I was a little disappointed in my view from my room. I asked for a golf course view, but my room only showed a very small portion of it as it looked right over the roof of part of the hotel (Room 241). I also was a bit disappointed by the choice of TV stations. With the hotel having "Dish" Network, the selection of what to watch was not good. Since the restaurant wasn't opened (due to Covid) and I had to go out and either eat at another restaurant or bring my food back to my room, it would have been great if the choices of programs could have been better. And I also think the elevator could use some repair and cleaning.

We loved the hotel - it is beautiful beside the fact that all the staff were wonderful to work with. Not something you get at every hotel/motel. The room was comfortable, clean and we had an amazing view of the sunrise every day.

My bed was way too firm for me - I had a hard time sleeping. We had no microwave in our room and there was no fan in the bathroom. The water pressure was a little low but understandable for a location of this size.

This would have been the perfect stay. The day we were supposed to check out, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 915 am. When we didn't answer the door , she proceeded to come on in. I met her at the door and told her she could come back when we check out. She then asked me when we would be checking out. I asked her wasn't checkout at 11 am? She could come back then. I just think this was very unprofessional of this housekeeper and she totally invaded our privacy. I would suggest better training .

I liked how modern and fancy it looked in the lobby, the view was definitely a plus, walking out of the lobby to the golf and pool area to be able to sit out by the pool and enjoy some drinks was very relaxing. The room had a clean smell as we entered and I liked how big the closet was. Love the cushioned chair with the small table attached to it super comfortable. The lamps with the usb connector to charge more than two devices on the night stand was very convinient. The mattresses we very confortable as well as the pillows very fluffy but firm enough to sleep on. Sheets were clean and white. Enjoyed relaxing and watching movies on the huge television that was big enough and in the perfect spot to watch having two beds in the room. The bathroom was super clean, loved how big the shower was with the sliding door, very good water pressure. Sink counter was big and I loved how there was a small magnifying mirror you could plug in that lit up. We called for extra towels and they bought the friendly staff bought them up very quickly. Definitely paying for what you get! 10/10 recommend

I would have liked to have a small microwave in the room, bathroom only had 3 large towels in room we called up for more because we stayed for two nights. Would’ve wished breakfast wasn’t $15 a bit pricey. Wish there could’ve been someone to receive us outside when we drove up to help take our luggage to our room because we had to make several trips back up and down the elevator.

We discovered there was a non-working phone when we arrived. We called the front desk immediately. The gentleman sent to repair it was very courteous and prompt. He also made sure we got the extra towels we requested. It was also located near the quaint town of Marietta with nice shops, great eateries, and a very walkable square.

There was no ice machines on any floors. Considering Covid-19 issues we overlooked that inconvenience. However, the front desk employee did get a bucket from somewhere for us while we waited for over 5 mins.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and had a great atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again when I return for another trip. Thank you to the staff they were wonderful!
