Best Western Central Inn

Room was nice, relatively clean. A few cobwebs near ceiling. No big deal though. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning crew started early, and rolling carts honestly sound like a freight train as they are being moved on the walkways. Really loud especially early in the morning. Maybe carts with better wheels or a later start time would be better.

Room was clean. It had been updated with new bath vanity, rug was newer, nice dorm size refrigerator and microwave. plenty of outlets and usb port were installed also. Every room had a light outside and the grounds were very clean. Breakfast buffet was included each morning. The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, pancakes, bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, donuts, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. Fresh brewed coffee and juice were also provided. The 2 ladies that operate the buffet breakfast always made sure the food was fresh and replenished. The pool looked like it would be really nice in the summer.

They mattress was okay but could probably be updated soon.

This is the best bet for a chain motel outside of central Savannah. It is clean, well-run, and pleasant with NONE of the skeeze, sketchy characters, and marijuana stink that dominate the other motels outside the center of town. I am usually not a fan of the crowded breakfast rooms at motels, but this one is about as nice, clean and well run as you are ever going to get. Expect hot eggs and an energetic lady on to of everything to keep it running like a well-oiled machine.

They charged my credit card after I left for unknown additional changes. When I called to complain... the manager on duty - Abraham told me that they would refund the charge and to expect it in 3. Business days. The refund was not forthcoming and I have to dispute the charges with my bank. The manager on duty basically lied to me.

Very clean......great breakfast.

Planes /helicopter flying overhead made it difficult to sleep.

The property was very central and clean and quiet. Safe area.

I did request a first floor room when i went up the the front desk to check in due to a bad knee i have and there not being any elevators and the guy in the front did not “hear” me when i asked for it. when i requested him to change it, his response was it’s too much paper work and it’s a first come first serve. more than half of the rooms in the first floor were empty.. seems like he couldn’t be bothered to do a little paper work. he wasn’t helpful and we got stuck on the second floor. if it wasn’t for this our stay otherwise would have been perfect.

Clean, fresh room. Helpful staff. Good location. Close to amenities.

Ground floor was noisy. Walkway has slip-proof coating that’s really loud when people roll by late at night or early in the morning. Ask for second floor room.

Facility was well staffed with competent and friendly people. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee.

That we had clean towels every day and housekeeping visited every day!! Some hotels do not offer that. I love it!!
